@@TheRealisticAizen yes if you still need the answer but make sure to stop when your starting to feel pain or getting hurt, don’t push yourself too hard but still get those gains bro!

LOVE THIS WORKOUT!!!! I suffer with chronic back pain and this feels so good and helps strengthen my lower back muscles!!! This will definitely be part of my weekly workout!

@@TheRealisticAizen I mean don’t over do it. Doing lower back too frequently may lead to worse deadlift strength. Listen to your body

I have a bad back.. An Im ashamed that I wasn't able to do 2 of these without the pain. Yet Im pushing to my limit, this guy has such great routines that work good🤙. Ill keep thriving till my goal is achieved!!✔💯

Cynthia Villegas would definitely recommend this as the best workout challenge, and use athlean x as the information channel if you actually watch athlean x videos you could actually learn a lot, they focus on a lot of the smaller things other youtubers miss out on
