This really works!!!! Although I was using relatively light weights (alternating amongst 10lbs, 13lbs, & 15lbs) this routine kicked my butt! It really burns when done as a follow up to a cardio workout.

It's been a long time since I lifted any weights. I started off with a light weight, and when I hit the bent over curls my arms started cramping. I had to stop when he said we are half way though. Iam going to give it a hour and try it again with a lighter weight. It looks like I have alot more work ahead of me than I thought.

Start light and do it right 👌. Don’t be afraid to start with lighter weights and concentrate on good technique and form. These works are designed where even with lights weights you can get a killer burn

Really depends on the person and their level! Can always try 10 and if too much can always drop down the weight! Form over weight 👍

Really depends on so many factors, try starting out with anything like 2-3kg and see how you get on. If the workout felt too light come back again next time and add a little weight You're looking to be able to complete the workout with good form but still a tough workout. If you're doing it and losing form and really struggling to complete the sets drop the weight a little
