Alrighty girls let's do this. I'm a 14 year old female and weigh 139 lbs. My goal is not to get abs right away, but to slim down my belly so I can finally look at the mirror and think "hey, I'm pretty alright". Sure my belly doesn't show so much but its still noticable. It's like a lump. That's not to shame those who are heavier, if your happy and healthy with yourself then you do you boo. I'm just insecure of myself, I really want to work on my image and increase my self esteem. And I wanna be looking like a snacc when I enter High school this August. Enough bout' me tho, I'ma try to update y'all and be consistent Day 1- it was hard. I'm wearing a waist trainer too so im pretty sure that made it harder. The burn is real but I'm motivated. Till tomorrow lovelys ♥️ Day 2- About the same as yesterday. It burns so bad, but hey that's what it's supposed to do. I don't believe theres any significant changes, but hey it's only day 2. I'm also trying to eat healthy but damnit it's hard. Not to be discourage tho. See ya tomorrow ladies ✌️♥️ Day 3- I don't think I'll ever get used to the burn lol. I've now established a work out schedule so I can work every part of my body so basically I'm gonna be doing abs every other day. I'll see if it works if not I'll go back to doing abs every day. I see my stomach getting flatter ladies and I swear I see my torso longer. Idk maybe that's just me. I'll update you the day after tomorrow ladies! ❤️✨❤️ Day 13- Sorry I didn't update yesterday but I got great news. My belly is almost completely flat and my stomach is hard af. And even in some angles you see a tiny glimpse of abs. The tiny, and I mean really tiny, belly I have left is probably just left over fat that I'll use to shape my abs. So this exercise does work for a slim belly in a minimum of 2 weeks but there is no abs guaranteed. I'll stop the updates for now but when my abs are more visible I'll let you know. doing this for 7 days :) day 1: was intense, started my period so was harder but still pushed threw day 2: felt the BURN, had bad cramps so took some breaks day 3: was hard but did it day 4: did it day 5: I feel stronger day 6: did it day 7: done results= didn’t see a lot of changes but overall I loved this workout bc I feel so much stronger :) I’m gonna continue doing this for 2 week and I’ll give my “final” results pls like to remind me

Ok, I'm going to try this for 2 weeks, because I was reading the comments, where many said that after 2 weeks the results are better. Besides, I'll be combining it with an exercise routine that I do. PS: I exercise in the morning I start tomorrow! Because even though I don't have a completely flat abdomen, I lost a lot of lower abdominal fat, so I'm very happy! 😆(I guess I also influence the fact that I make other training plans 🤔) Anyway, I'll try it one more week! For anyone who wonders if it works, the answer is YES! I've been doing this workout for 2 weeks and 4 days and the results are incredible. Personally, I've tried to eat as healthy as I can because I don't choose what we eat, so here are some of the meals I've eaten during these 2 weeks: Broccoli with fish, ratatouille, shrimp pasta, salads with tomatoes, avocado and mozzarella, omelets, fried eggs, and many other things. I tried to stop snacking between meals and drinking lots of water, I drink green tea every other day and I haven't eaten any fast food. If I could make it through these two weeks, you too can do it, just believe in yourself, I know you will succeed! I'll be back in 2 weeks to let you know if I see any changes, don't hesitate to remind me back if I forget to update ! Love u all, take care of urself, i know uou can do this

waist before: 26.25 inches (started with 27, this is after doing her 5 min ab workout for 7 days) - waist after: day one: definitely felt a burn/pain at certain exercises but i was surprised when the 6 min was up, it felt so fast! day two: really hurt at the flutter kick/leg raise exercises day three: still hurt just as bad :( day four: still hurt but i was able to push through most of the time and not have to stop cause of the pain day five: took a break for 2 days cause i wasn't feeling well, day 5 still hurt!! day six: day seven: - also wanted to add that i do 45 min of cardio (interval running on a treadmill or outside) 4-5 days a week! i lost a few pounds from doing this for 2 months, so i'm not sure whether these challenges work on their own, but go ahead and try it!

I've been working for about two years but I was taking a break after 3 weeks of working. I was testing so many workouts and I think this is the best for your waist/abs! ✨FINAL RESULTS: ✨noticeable difference in lower tummy fat (didnt measure but took pictures) and down 3.5 pounds! Hey everyone! I will be doing this workout everyday for 1 week and will update everyday! I’ve done another one of Lily’s ab workouts and got amazing results so I’m excited for this one! Day 1: just finished! I’m always surprised about how hard her workout are 😂😂 definitely had to stop a few times Day 2: done! I actually was able to get through most of the moves without stopping today! Day 3: skipped 🤭 Day 4: done! I’m so surprised at how much easier this workout has gotten from just day 1! I really pushed myself and my lower abs are really burning today! I know they’re gonna hurt tomorrow morning 😅 Day 5: forgot to update but my I finished! Day 6: just finished the workout and earlier today I weighed myself and I am 2 pounds down! I’ve been doing cardio as well (jogging and a 5 min hiit workout). My tummy has also gone down considerably but I’m waiting until after I finished day 7 to compare my day 1 pic and day 7 pic! Day 7: done! Will update in the morning! Results: Alright! I’m super happy with my results! I don’t have a measuring tape but I did take pictures and I definitely see a difference in my lower pooch. I actually noticed how much smaller it was 2 days ago when I put on this form fitting sweater and noticed my lower tummy was barely sticking out. I thought it had something to do with my pants but now that I see the pictures I realize it’s because I lost some tummy fat! I also lost around 3.5 pounds! I was doing this workout along with jogging a mile a day and doing a 5 minute hiit workout. I started my weight loss journey around 4 weeks ago and I’ve lost almost 12 pounds! My goal is to hopefully be at 189 by the end of the month!

hi guys i’m going to do this workout for 7 days and i hope to stay consistent and to continue until summer, i don’like my body and this is giving me problems also for dancing which is my passion, so i decided to do somethig for it. help me stay motivated!! DAY 1:✅ i did it before dance but it gave me a bit of pain in the legs, but i’m not gonna give up DAY 2:✅ did it after dance and it gave me also pain in the legs/hips, today i’ve eaten so bad that i want to start having a healty lifestyle DAY 3:✅: did it but the pain in the hips never goes away DAY 4:✅ did it !!! DAY 5:🚫 i didn’t do it and i binge ate again, i’m feeling so guilty but i hope i’m not gonna give up the challenge DAY 6:✅ did it!!! i’m still eating bad bc i’m on my period but i will do better i promise DAY 7: ✅ did it but i couldn’t stop to binge eat, i modified some exercises because of the pain in the hips but i’m going to try another challenge by lily tomorrow ❤️ anyways i’m proud that i finished it even if i missed a day and i can definitely see a difference!!

Motivate me by commenting! Day 1: Just started this workout today after finishing the flat stomach in 1 week challenge from Lily. Definitely felt it, but decided to do it twice since the workout is so short. I’ll keep you guys updated! Day 2: Woke up really sore this morning. Did the workout twice again and I feel so good! Obviously no changes yet but I’m so excited to keep going! Day 3: I don’t feel as tired as I was yesterday when I finished but still pretty sore. Hurts but it will be worth it ❤ Day 4: Didn’t even remember being sore. It gets easier everyday, don’t stop! Day 5: I was planning on not pushing too hard today since I had a heavy flow but it was actually really easy! I even did some of the more difficult modifications. Day 6: I can’t believe that I’m gonna be done with this challenge tomorrow! Time goes by so fast. Day 7: Finally done! Overall, there isn’t much change but the improvements from the beginning are definitely showing. Please don’t expect just this workout to get rid of your lower belly fat because that is the hardest to get rid of! Though this is a good start and did help the abs, I recommend more than just this if you want results faster. I did this workout two times a day with no change in diet or any other workouts, so results might be different for everyone. Thank you to everyone who has kept up with my updates! I will be moving on to other challenges.

I have to say that when I first found this channel (April), I was intimidated by those 4 min non stop abs. At that time, my core strength wasn't that good and I tend to under train it. Recently, I noticed I can do those 4-6 min abs and keep up with the rep (for this one- the very last exercise..too much for me so I has to pause a good 20 seconds). I love this short ab focuses that I can add to the end of my daily workout and feel abs satisfied.

Try to focus on squeezing in your lower abs and butt as you do the exercises. This should help your core to feel it more. Lilly has video's on core strength so it might be worth you having a look at them for a bit more advice. Hope that helps.

It means your doing it wrong... It will only makes your legs bigger rather than burning ur lower ab.. Engage ur core as hard as you can!!

Doing this workout -Day 1 I already hate this so much -day 2 still hate but burns -day 3 gotten easier -day 4 starting to see some results -day 5 I’ve lost about 3 pounds so far lol -day 6 I still see little results but you can tell my stomachs gotten flatter Day- 7 week 1 done Day- 9 done I was busy yesterday so sorry I didn’t update I’m going to start up again because I lost track of what I was doing I’m also in calorie deficit now so i should be seeing better results Day-1 done Day-2 done

Doing this! For 14 days. Weight: 138lbs Day1: intense and I took some breaks but felt the burn:) Day2: intense today as well but i managed Day3: today I still did half of it and I can’t do sit-ups;( hopefully I’ll get better! Day4: woah! I did better than yesterday. Honestly it didn’t even feel like 7mins. As of now I haven’t seen any changes but that’s ok:) Day5: I still struggle in some parts and my thighs were aching to today wasn’t very good. I’m trying my best though

Doing this workout for 2 weeks with the daisy keech hourglass one, I'll keep you updated ladies!! Starting measurements: lower stomach: 82cm waist: 71cm DAY 1: done it 2 times, i really felt the burn, and I'm sure I'm going to do it tomorrow DAY 2: still done it two times and felt the burn, the second exercise put me through hell DAY 3: i didn't do it twice, but one time and a half :/ DAY 4: done ittt DAY 5: I was out all day so i didnt have time to do it DAY 6: done it twice! I cant see results yet, but its normal not to see any after only a week DAY 7: done it DAY 8: didnt do it because i was out all day and i ate unhealthy food too, i feel so bad :(( DAY 9: done it 2 times! i think I'm starting to see results, but im also in my pre-period and i usually look slimmer at this time of the month, i hope they're results DAY 10: done it HI GUYS im back, i got my period so i didnt work out for 6 days because of the cramps. Anyways, here are my mesaurements after 10 days (i measaured the 10th day i just forgot to write it here): lower stomach: 79/80cm waist: 69/70cm DAY 11: done it twice DAY 12: done it , i dont know why but today it was SO hard

okay so let me update you guys.. Before measurements: Lower belly- 30 inches Waist- 26 inches Day 1- it was a bit difficult but not too much(probably because I was doing the exercises wrong 😂) Day 2- i wasn't sore when I woke up today and i didn't feel anything the whole day but when I got to do this exercise in the evening my core hurt as hell especially at the last exercise kk will update tomorrow NOTE:I'm doing this workout in the evenings and no diet change Day 3- sorry i skipped cause i had no motivation whatsoever and was extra lazy 🥺 Day 4- did it and it was harder for me to do maybe cuz I skipped a day idk but no visible changes ❤️

Day 1 ✅ had to take a few breaks but i completed it (i started with her other ab challenge but i like this one better so i switched 😅) Day 2 ✅ i wasn’t able to do it all the way through with no breaks but i finished it again Day 3 ✅ still difficulty and i still needed breaks but i finished. i added a 30 sec plank at the beginning and end of the workout Day 4 ✅ still a bit difficult but i didn’t have to take as many breaks today! Day 5 ✅ i’m not nearly as sore now, it’s definitely getting a lot easier to do, i think after 7 days of this i will either switch workouts or add one to this Day 6 ✅ a lil easier, i don’t get sore after the workout anymore **im doing this challenge while im in a caloric deficit of about 300-500 calories. im not doing any other supplemental workouts for the first 7 days. im not going to be weighing myself while i do this challenge, im basing my results off of how i feel and look in the mirror!! i will add my final waist measurements at 7 days and 14 days**

Imma give my results every day. Btw, I am also a basketball player who practices for an hour almost daily and a karate student who practices for 15-20 mins. Also, instead of the few sit ups in the vid, I do about 50. Remember to breath in when down and breath our when up. It really shapes your abs. I combined 4 lily sabri workouts (almost 30mins total) and I am going to do them 3-4 times a week 24 October 9 am : first day finished I sweated a lot but I feel good ❤️ 1 November 8 am: I wasn’t at home for 5 days so I couldn’t keep going but I am back today!!! 2 November 8.45 am: I skipped some exercises but mainly I am done 😍 2 November 6.40 pm: I did another set today ✨✨ 4 November 8.30 am: I skipped yesterday but I’m back today 7 November 9.30 pm: I was on vacation for 3 days that I couldn’t keep going :( 9 November 10.15 am: I did 2 abs workout and a 10mins cardio 💋 10 November 8.30 pm: done!! 12 November 10.30 am: I did 4 lower belly ab workout cuz I still have a huge lower belly fat 🤧 13 November 9.30 pm: Done!!! And I feel like my lower belly is getting smaller 14 November 10.30 pm: I did Diana conforti’s workout ✨ 15 November : done 16 November:done 18 November

Hey..i’m going to be trying to get down to 140 lbs in less than 4 months. my current weight is 230+ which is very obesity, so therefore i’m going try to be VERY consistent😗😗!! Lets start ladies 🔥🔥 --- Day 1:✅ Completed, this was hard & the burn was so frustrating. i stopped at (2:08), i’ll definitely resume before tomorrow. - Day 2:🚫 I’m really discouraged. School is in 4 days & i didn’t loose anything, very loss of motivation🥲! But let‘s try tomorrow.

I don't know what was different today, but I finished every single workout in this video without taking a brake like normally I do...I'm so proud of myself! Anyways, I'm going to start tracking my progress, I'm looking for physical results so I'm not going by measurements. *started Jan 4 at two am. I can't sleep Day one: all done! It burned and felt great!! Day two: done! Day three: I've started seeing some faint line actually, very faint though Day four: I think I was hallucinating yesterday, I definently have no progress soooo, but I finished Day five: I felt well rested today and I did pretty good on the workout! Day six: Finished :)) Day seven: Done! Felt good except my cramps haha Day eight: I havren't really seen the ressults I wanted in a week so I think I'll switch it up now. Day nine: I changed my mind, I'm gonna keep doing it, I just noticed I've seen some lines again and I see them a lot now everytime I look. I just need to keep pushing Day ten: all done! I feel good :) Day eleven: It burned a lot today I wonder why, also I want to note (it's later in the day now) that I've noticed a very slight four pack shape on my upper stomach, I still have a small pooch on my lower stomach though Day twelve: done! nothing much to add Day thirteen: Finished! I still don't have anything to add. It's been about two weeks and I'm still not seeing the results I want. I think I'll switch it up, my body probably just needs a change

I’m gonna be trying this for 2 weeks twice a day along with another workout that’s 7 minutes I will update daily. Day 1 complete✅ Day 2 complete✅ keep and mind I’m doing an hour glass workout from this same KZbinr. Day 3 complete✅ Day 4 complete✅ Day 5 I was feeling tired today so unfortunately I didn’t do it😔 Day 6 complete✅ Day 7 complete (since I took a day off I’m waiting until day 8 for results) Day 8 completed✅ Results: so far I haven’t seen a big change my tummy is slightly flatter but keep in mind I have a big tummy (I’m gonna keep doing it this exercise for another week along with my other ones and see what happens) Day 9 complete✅ Day 10 complete✅ Day 11 complete✅ Day 12 completed✅ I’ve noticed a difference especially looking back from a week ago it’s not major but my stomach has slightly gone down. Day 13 complete✅ Day 14 I was busy❌ Day 15 complete✅ Results: I’ve noticed that my stomach is a little flatter and not a jiggly but I’m gonna keep doing this exercise for a month and after I will post results! I’ve done another one of Lilly’s excercises consistently for two weeks and it worked quite well for forming and which was great so I’ll do this too for 1 or 2 weeks depending on the results 1️⃣day1✅ it was not that hard which was good and the music choice is really good, I’ve previously Seen slower progress in the lower abs so I hope this will help further define that area and it seems to be working.

Gonna do this every night before bed along with another video of hers. Day 1: I did it and this is probs my fave video I’ve done of Lilly’s but oh my godddd my abs the day after were HURTING. And so were my ribs tbh from tensing my abs during the workout. Gonna wait till they feel better then carry on. Day 2: done!! This burns so much and because I get anxious I feel like I’m gonna hurt myself when I’m not🤣

I've been doing this work out for 2 weeks and i can assure that this works, in my experience the first 2 -3 days your body will sore but as you keep doing your body will get used to it. My belly fat decreased but i cannot see abs for now but stomach got toned and flatter than it used to be. (Btw im 14 years old) ( Im also doing daisy keech hourglass workout, chloe ting lean arms challenge, april han and vox slim legs workout) Im going to do this for 4 more weeks im going to update you guys.

i am going to try this for the whole week (wish me luck!) obs.: english is not my first language, so if i write something wrong please tell me so i can improve! day one: that was hard! i thought it would be easier because it is just 6 minutes but i am literally sweating! i hope i can do this. day two: i almost forgot! it was hard but i think i did better than yesterday!! day three: i almost forgot again lol. i have this feeling that i am doing some exercises wrong but i keep trying. i am a little less exhausted this time. day four: i need to say that i almost forgot again? my abs are hurting a little but my legs were DYING during the workout (now they are better). i think that it’s working lol. day five: i did it, but i forgot to write here lol. i think it is getting easier every day, i will do it for more than one week to get the results. day six: today i started school but i hope it doesn´t interfers in the workout routine. today i felt that i did everything in the right way. day seven: this is supposed to be the last day but i think i will keep doing this workout. i really like it. i keep feeling that one side of my body is better doing the excercises (like, it is easy to do the fifth with one leg but it is hard to do with the other one). anyways, i really like it and i am proud of myself for keeping with it. day eight: i am feeling that i got used with the workut and now i am doing it the i n the best way possible. i am feeling much better. day nine: i think i am really stronger with those workouts, but i really don´t see big resoults. i am going to do it again tomorrow and then try a new one. day ten: so this was the last day. honestly, i am not feeling ok today. there is nothing to do with the workout, but probally affected it. i really like this workout. it is great for you to start a routine, because it is just six minutes! tomorrow i will try to do a different one that is longer and probaly harder than this one. here is the link (it is from lilly sabri as well): kzbin.info/www/bejne/kHjVhGqDgK9rfa8

This exercise is working 1st time to work my post partum belly seriously after giving birth 2 years ago..waist 35 inches Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 ✅ Day 4 rest waist 33.5 inches Day 5 ✅

I will keep updating I will do this for a week or 2 and I am adding another 10mins lower abs to this Day 1:👍actually I didn't feel the burn maybe because I am used to do exercises like this but definitely sweating Day 2:
