Hey Lilly I really need help I'm 13 years old and I don't like my physique for nie te even if all my friends tell me I'm skinny I can't figure out what kind of physique I have and wish I had a smaller waist and a smaller chest because my ribs look huge. Doing this till I love my body ( I do this 2x a day) Day 1: It hurt like hell, I really underestimated the workout thinking it would be easy. I'm proud of my commitment so far and can't wait to do it again tmr !❤ Day 2: NGL the exercises are starting to get better and easier I'm loving this and I've gotten addicted I did daisy keech exercise in the morning And this one rn I'm gonna do this one again at the night And idk how but there's noticeable improvement from when I started and rn💁 Guys it's so fun!!❤ Day 3: im stopping the daisy keech workout and only focusing on this one. My waist looked slightly bigger than from day 2 or im just bloated today i really don't know but yeah im stopping the daisy keech Nonetheless Workout done, wasn't bad at all. Day 4: YAYYY there's less pain when doing the workout, there's a lot of progress from day 1 And now when I suck in my tummy I see ab lines forming I have a waistline under my stomach and my belly button is changing shape, my muffin top seem to be reducing in size too!❤ Day 5: its going okay i suppose, my belly pouch is seeming to be reducing, its definitely smaller from Day 1 so im happy about that! Day 6: I can see the ab lines without me having to suck in my stomach, they becoming slightly visible like mad That's all for now Day 7: doneee all i can say is the workout is getting better, I don't stop now even if I'm feeling the burn or anything (Week 2) Day 8: shiii just started my period. It was quite unbearable doing these regarding the cramps But still I didn't give up (Started doing the muffin top reducing exercise) Day 9: Exercises were bearable today, I looked at myself prior before exercising and could see that my abs are getting more defined??😭 And my body is getting good posture and the muffin top is reducing!!❤ Day 10: YAYY I did it despite feeling insecure , I feel so much better Remember it's celebrating small changes , not comparing your body to your peers ❤ Day 11: whoever lied and said the workouts get easier over time was A LIAR! Anyways did it , done. Day 12: I'm gaining confidence to stare at my body with a positive attitude, results are visible and I'm definitely not gonna stop❤ (Started doing her flat tummy pilates work out ) Day 13: still going strong and shii, done. Feel like imma add exercises for lower belly after this, trust me it's reducing I just want it to go quickly yk?(Ended up doing it) But overall day 13 done. Day 14: it's been 2 weeks guys! I'm genuinely happy with my consistency There's mega differences from day 1-day 7 to day 14!! My waist looks wayyy smaller I already had an hourglass body and it's getting more defined I can see ab lines! I'm definitely continuing !! (Week 3) Day 15: Random question but like am i the only one who's gotten a reduced appetite for food when starting this workout? Like im not starving myself im just genuinely not hungry. Anyways day 15 done My lower belly is definitely reducing immaculately and i can see ab lines Keep going guys, results are exquisite 🎀 Day 16: OMDSSS my core hurts like shi. Idek why but my abdominal muscles seem to have tighten cause my stomach feels like steel And it hurts so bad 😭 Abs aint it man😔!! Day 17: WHEN I WOKE UP TODAY AND LOOKED AT MY REFLECTION. OH MY!!! The workouts ive been doing have really changed my shape from day 1 The workouts haven't gotten easier tho, still hurts here and there My abs are really forming, my stomach pouch is close to being non existent And my muffin top is losing the fat (im starting to feel the bone structure of it) Day 18: I couldn't do it twice today cause I went out with my friends , but I did do it when I came back from the hangout, didn't hurt honestly My dad said I feel light when he picks me up soooo:))))) Day 19: 2 days left till it's 3 weeks! My core has been hurting so baddddd My form for the exercises has gotten better But damn it hurts😭 Day 20: My core hurts but that's not new Idk about visual changes I'll see tmr when I compare it with the other weeks. But so far I've lost weight off my tummy and my waist is now 23" Day 21: WEEK 3 IS COMPLETE!! starting week 4 tmr There's significant change, my lower abs are more defined My body is actually starting to look like an hourglass My waist is getting snatched My muffin top is reducing My lower belly fat is low-key gone ❤ (Week 4) Day 22: Guys this shit still hurts like dayum😭 but ayy I'm loving the progress I really love how my tummy is flattening outtt!!❤️ It still hurts tho 😭🧍 Day 23: Doneeeee, still hurts but pain means its working right? Day 24: Doneeeee did it with my brothers they struggled and i laughed at them Day 25: DONEEEEE YIPPEEE Day 26: my core still hurts Day 27: woahhh tmr is day 28 making it a whole month🧍 My tummy seems to have flatten to a certain degree but i still want more so i wont stoppp My core still hurts every time Mini update: school has started i won't be updating as much due to academics But i love how my uniform is way baggy which shows my weight loss really boosts self esteem ❤ Day 28: whatever you do don't eat snacks, I ate a bag of chips and when I looked at myself in the mirror I looked bloated or whatever so I'm cutting myself off completely. My core still hurts whenever I do these 😭 I still see my ab lines and my waist is getting snatched I'll check the visual differences later (Week 5) Day 29: my core hurts as usual but at least I'm done Day 30: DONEEEEE❤ Day 31: I have a V line now, my lower abs are more defined, I've cut down eating a little bit more (I'm anxious of gaining weight) but my waist is looking snatchedddd Day 32: so I was feeling confident and decided to wear a tank top then tie it at the back, GUYS WHEN I TELL YOU MY BODY GAVE THE PERFECT HOURGLASS LIKE OMMDDSSSS❤ Day 33: DONEEEE Day 34: DONEEEE Day 35:DONE DONE DONEEE (Week 6) Day 36: DONEEEE Guysss today I was changing in the girls locker rooms and I got told I have a tiny waist and people were like "woahhh" Day 37: DONEEEE Day 38 : guys my belly fat is really small now and my waist is snatched most of my clothes can't fit if I don't tie them But the progress is progressing ❤ Day 39: doneeee and omdsss I love looking at my reflection in the mirror Day 40: my muffin top is reducing, my abs are getting defined, my waist is getting smaller , i look different from my progress videos Im loving this fitness journey ❤!! Day 41: my core hurts like a b**ch , but damn I might add another flat stomach workout but I'll let y'all know ❤ Day 42: today marks the last day of week 6, guys I added her flat tummy workout from 4yrs ago and when I tell you that THAT SHI IS INTENSE , IM NOT JK, my days my core feels like steel❤

I just cut out junk food Drank loads of water(I had already had a water obsession so that helps a lot) Ate food rich in protein n shi Counted how many calories I need to consume in a day And yeah, honestly what works for you will work!🫶🏽

My Experience :) Day 1: Was exhausting af, especially the 9th excersise and I got through it surprisingly 😅 Day 2: Wasn't as hard as last time but i see some tiny little results so far because its juet Day 2 obviously 😄 Day 3: Stay Tuned for Day 3 ❤️😜 Also PLEASE remind me because I might forget or probably give up around Day 3-5 😅

I've done this workout for a month now in combination with some of her other videos and they truly work. I've tried a lot of other fitness KZbin but none have given me the results like lily has. I've gained so much more muscle and lost so much weight. Tysm lily!! ❤

Ok I’ll do this workout twice a day for a week and I’ll tell you my process. Day 1- didn’t see much results but only one day. Day 2-seen some results (I’ve been doing the workout twice) Day 3-definitely seen my stomach get flatter Day 4-starts to eat healthier and stomach is progressing Day 5-feels happy, seeing full results Day 6-starts to workout only once to challenge myself, sees results. Day 7- skipped this day because I was sick 😭 Sorry for being 3 weeks late Remind me 💗

going to do this workout for a week !! i’ll put my progress here to motivate myself and to let anyone doing this workout know that they’re not alone and we got this!!! starting weight : 54.8kg day 1 - core is feeling tired but i completed it yey! my neck feels rly tired too day 2 - today was more tiring because i went hiking in the morning and i did this with muscle ache haha! but my stomach feels more engaged in the workout today!! i’m really happy and excited for the results after 1 week! day 3 - today’s workout felt shorter! i think i’m starting to get a hang of it! almost lost motivation today because i just checked the weighing scale and i gained 1.8 kg despite trying to diet and workout the last 2 days.. but got motivation from the community here so i’m going to keep going!! day 4 - today’s workout felt achieving! past few days i struggled at the straight leg bicycle crunches and changed to bent legs halfway, but today i was able to maintain straight leg throughout that exercise! today i focused on my breathing and i feel that it helped me make the workout feel more manageable too!! day 5 - todays workout was manageable! but i almost lost motivation to workout tdy..so what happened was , i was excited to tell my parents i was doing workouts and was confident that i probably toned some muscles? i don’t know which part of me was dumb enough to have the sense of body confidence in myself. but anyways, yea they just laughed it off and said i’m actually getting fat and they didn’t acknowledge the fact that i’ve been trying to lose weight for the past few days and i started to cut down on my food intake and as someone who loves food i’ve been feeling really pathetic the past few days because i miss enjoying my favourite food. but i am too desperate and motivated for a slim waist. ok sorry , this turned into a rant session..but yea i feel my abs getting stronger! might continue this even after 7 days!! day 6 - todays workout felt more manageable!! i’m happy and i feel fit! starting to lose weight too! day 7 - (didn’t manage to do) starting afresh from day 1 and i’ll just update if i did it or not!! day 1 ( 19/6/23) - ✅ day 2 (20/6/23) - ✅ day 3 (21/6/23) - ❌ (didn’t do as i wasn’t feeling well) day 4 (22/6/23) ✅ day 5 (23/6/23) ✅ day 6 (24/6/23) ✅ day 7 (25/6/23) ✅

Ok so I did this about a year ago but I forgot 😭 I’m back and I’m doing this as long as I can! Day 1: ✅ I did I it and It was normal, it did burn in the harder exercises but it was alright. Day 2: ✅ I did I it and it was burning almost the same as yesterday but my bad weren’t sore (they usually are ) and it felt really good when I finished the workout, keep going even tho it gets hard. I do t see a ton of results yet off but today in the morning I did see my stomach was bit more stronger (if u wanna keep track you should look at yourself in the morning before eating ) Day 3: ✅ I did this with my friend that’s why I didn’t update yesterday but I could see the progress since it was harder for her and for me it was easier and quicker to do the exercises, this is why consistency is key . I do t see results YET but it’s gonna be worth it . Day4: ✅ the same a syesteday but today I was almost not gonna do it since I’m tired cuz it’s Mother’s Day and it’s night but CONSISTENCY IS KEY! now keep doing it and I promise you will se results Day 5: ✅ I did it and it was normal I’m starting to see SOME results Day 6 : ✅ I did it and idk why this time it burned a bit more but it felt good Day7: ✅ I did it and it burned a bit but today it burned more on the roper side of my abdomen I def seee results I’m starting to see those 2 lines on the top side of my abs yayyyyy 1:08 Day8: ✅I did it and it burnt but not soo much Day9: I did it and it did it rally burn 🔥 but can see some results then my stomach started hurting and I got my period 😭 Day 10: 🚫I didn’t do it because of cramps Day 11: 🚫didint do it 🌚 Day 12: nope sry 🚫😭😭 Day 13: ✅my period ended so I’m back at it I did it and it was pretty easy Day 14🚫 I’m rlly rlly sorry but I came home at like 11pm 😢 Day 15 : ✅ I did I it and I still see results and even after some rest days I see rlly good defined line abs 😮 Day 16: I forgot to update but ifc I did it and start seeing more results Day 17: did it and again the same thing Day 18: I skipped Day 19: I skipped Day 20 : I did it but it was just this videos not other one like I usually do Day 21: did it and since I stopped for some days my belly is kinda sore now but since I ate a lot today I have belly fat but IK that there’s results for sure Day 22: def see results u should def do it and sry about not updating 23-28 I did it and I did some other workouts and I can see the lines forming and my belly fat is just mostly in the middles which is so ,I h better and it’s getting better every day

@@sealstalkerr oh okay, I understand. :) but personally, in my experience I can see my waist and obliques coming inward from doing these and it's been about 10 times that I've done this workout in 3 weeks. Attempting to do this for as long as I can. I tend to give up easily so plss give me motivation and remind me when you see this so I remember!!! Day 1:✅ burned sooo bad thought I was doing it wrong at first. Def gonna be sore tomorrow but I gotta keep going Day 2: ✅ definitely felt the burn have not seen anything yet it’s only the second day I’m also doing this with another weight loss workout. Day 3: ✅I can’t tell if I see a difference but it’s definitely getting easier burned but it’s getting easier! Day4: ✅ doesn’t burn as much I think I see some progress!!!!! Day:5❌ didn’t have any time till super late at night was in an emergency situation Day6:✅ feeling super unmotivated but still did it! Seeing results Day:6❌ I felt super sick today hopefully I feel better tomorrow! Day7:❌ sicker than yesterday kissing motivation but I won’t give up! Day8:✅ feeling much better and getting back to the grind definitely seeing a difference! Day9: ✅almost didn’t do it! So glad I did tho feel way better! Looking good so far!

Seeing if this works? (I'm doing multiple exercises so I might forget this one-) Day 1(did this before I decided to make a comment): I felt like I had more energy! No change yet Day 2: Felt like I was glowing! No changes in anything but confidence Day 3: The exercises are getting easier the more I do em! Still no change though, it's only day 3 ;P Day 4- Taking a break at least once a week on the weekend because I dont want to break my motivation Day 5-7- So I've been super busy because my brother's birthday came up. I wasnt able to squeeze in time for exercise, but I'll start again now and try to keep at it

Last year i was really round and wanted to get better before the start of a new school so it could be better that year and i started doing lily's workouts, they really saved me in just 2 months but you HAVE TO be consistent in it even a few times a week twice a day.

Doing this for 2 weeks (frfr) Day 1 March 21st it was ok Day 2 March 22nd- (came home late at 12:00 am so I'm not counting it as March 23rd but It burned but was worth it!) Day 3 March 23rd- It hurt like hell but my stomach definitely feels and looks tighter Day 4 March 24th - barely any pain (noticed a little bit of results) Day 5 March 25 -burnt like helll Day 6 March 26 - I did it as soon as I came home and it burntt Day 7 March 27th - Didn't burn as much as usual Day 8 March 28th - burned a bit 😭 Day 9 March 29th - did it but didnt feel like adding it to the list that day 😭 Day 10 March 30th -painful but finished (def seeing results) Day 11 March 31st didnt feel like doing it so I did it at almost 12 Day 12 April 1st- Finished and it burned but Im def having major results Day 13 April 2nd- felt pain but I finished! Day 14 April 3rd- last day of workout!! It hurt but I did not pause at all!! Thank you guys for the support! I will definitely let you know the next workouts I did!! I have a major difference from the first day aka March 21st!!

Doing this workout for 9 days! Day 1✅- completed, i did this with another or lilly's workouts (2 week model abs) and omg, this burns! i didnt stop to have a break once during this, i cant wait to see my results! Day 2✅- completed it again, no breaks. much harder than yesterday because my muscles are sore from working out! this is a great workout and i already know the results are going to be great, i feel much stronger already. i will keep you updated .

I keep y'all updated how this works for me (I will do it once every day) Day 1: It was a bit exhausting and of course there is no difference yet Day 2: Not as exhausting as yesterday but of course still not much progress :) Day 3: The exercises aren't that difficult anymore! My body hasn't really changed (well its only day 3), but I notice that it seems fitter ^^ Day 4: When I press against my stomach, I can already feel the built up muscles and my stomach has definitely become a bit flatter :) Day 5: Couldn't do it because I wasn't home the whole day (I skipped like a week whoop-) Day 6: I finally see progress and the work out is really easy now as well :)! Day 7: I now feel so fit with the exercises that I do them for more than 20 seconds >

im gonna do this lol. also im doing it once everyday day 1: it burned and i had to pause a few times but it felt good day 2: it still burned and i took less breaks and im not seeing results yet but im trusting the process day 3: i did it twice and it got easier. im also seeing a sligjt difference day 4: i got sick but i still managed to do it once day 5: im so sore but its getting there and its also getting easier day 6: whoa day 6 already!!! do this workout consistently and youll see results fast!!! i didnt see any results earlier but i lowered my pants and i saw a waist line!! day 7: done!!

Im going to do this for two weeks Day 1: pretty hard but got through it! Not really having great form so thats prob why im not sweating Day 2: same as yesterday and trying to eat healthier, I dont see a lot of difference yet but I feel better! Day 3: weekend so i took a break (breaks are important!) Day 4: a little harder today for some reason but i finished! I feel so much better and my waist is losing fat! Day 5: getting easier, but didnt have a lot of energy so the effort was 😅 but my waist looks the same Day 6: this felt sooo good this morning! Really woke me up and I see results! Just a bit though Day 7: Did it morning and night! Waist is the same as yesterday Day 8: On my period so my effort was not that good but I still completed it twice! I’m bloated but this workout felt refreshing Day 9: I am starting to see some results in my sides! Day 10. Same as yesterday Day 11: Did it twice and feel good! Day 12: Holy moly I feel amazing and am gaining confidence! Day 13: Noticing a little fat loss in my thighs!? Day 14: My waist looks toneddd Day 15: Woke up in a bad mood but still completed the workout Day 16: Done! And I also drank a lot of water Day 17: Im tiredddd! Still completed it tho Day 18: Two more days! I’m so proud and lost 7 cm off my waist! Day 19: My friends have been noticing and Ive never felt so good! Day 20!: WE MADE ITTT! will be doin this for the next month and 2 weeks STARTIN: 27.5 inch waist (P.S: ive been doin 6 other workouts, 4 of which ive been doin since aug 31 and 2 of which ive been doin since sep 13. however, im replacin my former pilates workout w this one cs ive injured myself and havent been able to workout for 4 days now. but if ur interested in my progress w that workout its the shirlyn kim 10 min tiny waist. i added it w an abs workout which i'll also be replacin and an obliques workout to really slim my stomach and waist faster.) Doing this for 14 days Day 1 ✅ was a little hard but did it Day 2 ✅ a little sore but did it Day 3 ✅ was kind of easier but still don’t see any change Day 4 ✅ kinda starting to see changes and was a little sore today Day 5 ❌ spent time with family so I had no time Day 6 ✅ felt sore but see a little bit of change Day 7 ✅ was a little hard but I completed it Day 8 ✅ was sore after but it went away Day 9

LOGGING DIARY: Starting on the 17/04/24 1: ✅ - neck and core sore lol 2: ✅ - i feel more of the core burning, more engagement! 3: ✅ - I've been able to do more reps in the vid with greater core strength. 4: ✅ 5: ✅ 6: ✅ 7: ✅ - added another 5 mins video on top of this!! 8: ✅ - Core strength is improving * I've been maintaining and logging my food, drinking good amounts of water, weighted hula and walking on top of this.

day 1: I'm so tired, but i'm going to continue doing this routine for 30 days with 2 days off. day 2: day off cuz i got sick. day 3: same as yesterday. day 4: I already took my two days off, although i have my period and a lot of pain, today i did my challenge with all my strength lol, tomorrow i will continue the same... day 5:✅ day 6:✅ day 7:✅ day 8:✅ day 9:day off day 10:day off day 11: i'm tired but i'm going to continue, i already see the results, my torso is more stretched and my waist is more defined, remember that you should also accompany it with a diet or good nutrition, and also drink a lot of water with lemon if you are looking to lose weight day 12: Today has been a day fully of energy and i have completed all the exercises, i am happy to see my abdomen flat and with more waist, the truth is these exercises are absolutely fire !!!!!!! day 13: ✅ day 14:✅ day 15:✅ day 16:❎ day 17:✅ day 18: day 19: day 20: day 21: day 22: day 23: day 24: day 25: day 26: day 27: day 28: day 29: day 30 🎉:

REMIND ME: DAY 1: REALLY PAINFUL. Day 2: Bit less painful, core burns and upper belly got a little bit thinner Day 3: a lot easier, but no difference Day 4: No pain at all, my waist got narrower and I see some differences Day 5: No difference in body, but thighs got thinner Day 6: why did the pain come back, anyways belly got flatter but, there is still fat Day 7: My lower belly got flatter but not the upper belly. Mild pain overall pretty easy now Day 8: No difference Day 9: Not flat yet but I see differences Day 10: same as day 9 Day 11: the same (btw I’m doing this workout until I get a flat stomach)

I needed small waist and abs so I tried this so lets see how it goes ྀིྀི day 1✅ day 2✅ I started seeing lil results and it motivated me more to do day 3✅ it was was looking pretty good and it felt normal as it was day 3 and felt amazing day 4 will update u tmrw!!!! heyy yall I missed other 2 days workout by being distracted 😭🔫 but today again I did I combined three videos so day 4 ✅(after skiping 2 days🥲) will update u tmrw!!! day 5✅ day 6❌ day 7✅

Heyy everyone I will be trying this exercise tomorrow so I’ll try to challenge myself for a month and do it twice a day(started: Sep 20)💞 (Day 1) didn’t see as many results but it’s just the first day I can’t wait to see the progress. (Day 2) starting to form a tiny ab line can’t really see it but it’s their and also my body is slightly turning into a hourglass body but other than that not much of a progress

hi! I’ve been really unmotivated to do this workout, so I’m going to comment on here to motivate myself. I’ll do this along with her flat stomach workout! Day 1: ✅ burned a bit, but it was good! Felt refreshed after. Day 2: ✅ I ate so much junk food today, oh my god. I had to do this 2 times.

Day 1: It made me sweat a little. Felt a little tiresome. My weight is at 72.15 grams. Have eaten breakfast and planning to not eat anything the whole day. I'll come back tomorrow to do the exercise again

Baby you got to eat, even if it’s something really small. You need the energy from the food, even a few almonds or some grapes will do.

​@@nessavillegasAnd you don't only need it for energy, eating will help make your exercise more effective. The nutrients that go into your body helps it shape itself faster. (Forgot the specifics, but it's pretty close to this) You won't see as many benefits if you don't eat. Please eat something 🙏

Well let's say gonna update till my 12th starts so basically for 2 weeks (My waist is currently 30 , 5'9 and 68kg . I'm also doing some sorta cardio, daily avg 5000 steps and cutting on synthetic sugars) Day 1✅ (Steps=3000) Didn't feel much of a burn but hoping to see the results till day 6) Stay tuned yall

Doing this for a few days 1-2 times a day.. (depending how im feeling) day 1, pt 1 - hurt but felt good. Pt 2 - hurt my legs more than my abs Day 2, pt 1 - hurts like hell😭. Pt 2 - i’m dying but im okay😊. My legs are in pain. day 2, pt 3 - decided to do it again! My abs are burning harder than they ever have (my legs too). pt 4 - i could barely do it but i pulled through. day 3 - completed! Decided to only do it once today. Obviously no difference yet:)
