I started in March doing these workouts somedays, until i decided to do it everyday,today is 10/31/2020 and continue doing your exercise everyday < today is my 69 days doing it everyday , thanks Alex and Daniel and everyone in the videos since march allready lost 50 pounds

Usually I'm a cycler and a jogger, but Daniel and Alex are my new best friends since the new coronavirus quarantine! I discovered these workouts last week and have been doing one every morning. I like how they go right into it without a lot of chatter. I also appreciate the low-impact cardio...and so do the people in the surrounding flats. I'm really glad these videos are online! I started doing your workouts during lockdown and I absolutely love them. The trainers are motivating and I feel great and really seeing the benefits. I also love that it's low impact but still packs a punch. Love the music too...and yeah get it loud!!! 😁😍

i have been doing body project workouts' for about a month, so i though i can do intermediate/ advance cardio. But after 16 min i wasn't able to breath 😄. Eventually after 5 to 6 breaks i made it till the end. Much love from middle east 🥰👍👍👍 particularly from Palestine .

I am in love with body project I lost 40 lb so I went down from a size 16 and I'm a size 10 I was also diagnosed with iih in 2020 I've been off my medication since April 2021 I'm in loving my new body and the extra boost of energy I get I look forward every day 5 to 6:00 cuz I work out with Alex and her husband thank you very much

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!! Love each workout and find myself pushing my body more and more. I have lost 21 pounds since March, and feel great. I have energy and stamina.... The best part is I go back and forth between workouts and then I find a new one and then incorporate that one in. If I didn't say it enough, I'll say it again, Amazing. I wasn't ready for this workout, but managed to finish it somehow. The last set was extreme, but at least I tried. Definitely need to focus on easier stuff for now.

Decided to stop my gym membership after finding Team Body Project. I started off 2 weeks with Daniel... and today I don't know I just felt like doing something more challenging and to lose more sweat! 2nd day with Alex and no regret 1 bit except for the plank part. Lol.

Don’t know why I thought I could do this, but gave it my best shot and absolutely loved it. Sweating profusely now, the time went so quickly. Would recommend this one and will be doing it again. Your husband is right Alex you are definitely a machine. Thanks for a great workout.

I'd been avoiding this because of the advanced labeling. But BP folks have moves you can modify, and of course TPBIOF. (The Pause Button is Our Friend) Loved the new moves in this. And modifying with just doing one arm at a time with weights, as opposed to two simultaneously, makes my lower back smile. Big thanks, Alex and Tasha.

I keep coming back to this video because it gets straight to the point without too much unnecessary chatting! Tried other videos and they’re great the first time but then all the introductions and random chats and jokes become too repetitive and super annoying from the second time! 🤦♀️😂

Great continuous (for the most part) workout! I like HIIT, but it's hard to find the occasional workout that isn't (other than working through the breaks in HIIT. Keep up the HIIT workouts, but would love more of these continuous. Great variety & low impact that was also high intensity!

In the middle of the workout i had to pause the video and just sit and breathe, i thought i was going to die and my head was spinning round (right round baby right round), and then i thought "what am i doing? Let's go, fat won't disappeare while i'm sitting here!" Thaks for this workout, at least i didn't die in the end of the video! :D
