Welcome to Intermediate Yoga Module B! This is the 2nd Module in a year long Training Programme for practitioners looking to establish firm foundations and feel a sense of purpose and evolution. This Module is slightly different than the first because we now have 5 practices instead of 4 but the system remains exactly the same. Each class should be practiced in sequential order, following the A, B, C, D & E structure, one after the other, for a minimum of 6 weeks. In other words each class will be experienced at least 6 times before moving onto the next Module. As always I have included the Class Sequence at the bottom of this page for you to copy, paste and print creating your own Yoga file of our progression. As you gain confidence and begin to practice from your Practice Sheets please be sure to observe the timings of the poses to best honour the energetics of the Training.
