This is what I follow and so far I have lost 15 kg since April 2021.. proud of myself.. Intermittent fasting really does work.. was happy to see this video as this fasting method is not popular within our Sri Lankan community.. Good luck to everyone trying.. don’t give up!

Yes.. intermittent fasting really works in reducing weight and controlling blood sugar as well. I am following almost 2+ years. Thank you so much for these types of stuff doctor as usually people are not advised in Sri Lanka with this.

Yes doctor..I did this and I was able to lose 9kg within 2 months..it is bit difficult during first two days..but when your body get used to it ,it becomes normal..

Dear Doctor, I have been 18:6 fasting for more than 6 months, ie. everyday. I donot feel hungry at night although I donot have dinner. I found it very effective. I have nutritious food within 6 hours of the day. Is my diet plan harmful for me under any circumstances? I am 58. No high blood pressure, blood sugar or excess body weight. Fasting may not do a considerable impact for the cholesterol level, I think. Please advise me. I am going to avoid dinner throughout my life span. Isn' t it harmful?

Doc mata danaganna puluwanda man rata kanne 7ta. Aye dawalta kanne 12 ta. Udeta juice ekak biwwata kamak nadda? Papaya or avacado.
1. Can we have black cofee without sugar in the fasting hours (16 hours)? 2. Is it ok to do do the 5:2 method while following the 16:8?

Very useful tips you gave. This is my first effort as I am going to start from tomorrow... 14-10 I will be doing.. I am 89kgs now.. I will let you know by next year.. how much I have lost..
