Hello Gorgeous! How are you?
Welcome to a New Routine to REDUCE AND TONIFY THE INTERNAL THIGH.
During the next 20 minutes you will work through the combination of different exercises the inner part of the legs (ADDUCTORS).
Complementarily you will also work the rest of the muscles that form them: quadriceps, hamstrings, abductors, twins ... as well as buttocks and abdomen.
It could be called a GAP routine (buttocks, abdominals and legs) but this time the work is in a greater percentage aimed at Toning and Defining the inner side of the legs, where mainly women accumulate fat.
The training consists of 5 songs that will mark the rhythm of the exercises. Two of them you will perform standing and 3 lying down.
If you have joint problems in knees, hips etc. You should know that this Routine has NO impact and on the other hand IF includes squats.
