www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the Endurance 90 Series. These workouts use intervals of 90 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to build your endurance and strength. The workouts are designed to fully fatigue your muscles and to take you to another level of focus and technique. Your balance and coordination will be challenged and your muscles will feel the burn!
In Endurance 90 Handstand Variations you will use handstand moves to strengthen your upper body and challenge your balance. There are lots of variations shown so it is a workout you can grow with, do not attempt the advanced variations until you are comfortable with the modifications. You will also see lots of squat and lunge combinations that will increase your heart rate and burn your muscles. There are also some unique mat exercises for the lower body so that you work your butt from all angles. It's nearly 40 minutes of non-stop work to torch fat and sculpt lean muscle. Finish with an elongating stretch at the end!

Awesome! After doing this workout a couple of times I already can do more repetitions and have more air time and I can also control my breathing better! I will keep doing it! 😉🐰🤪💪😎

Now I understood everything Linda trained with the Karate Kid... what is better than training to eat pizza with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles...I am glad she didn't!!! Eheh... I just felt joking a little! Very hard workout I am going to do it as soon as I fully recover from my last Barlates workout! Thank you for sharing!😄😀🐱‍🚀👍

I was never much of a sports person I like playing squash and volleyball but recently and since I am in my 40's as well I decided to improve my overall conditioning because I spend too much time at the computer and that's boring me sometimes. I was so scared to try this..it was so intimidating to me that I procrastinated for 2 days.. but it's actually really fun and not scary at all..although it is hard as hell!! ;) Thanks so much once again Linda!

I'm glad you got over your fear. Handstands are actually not as hard as they look at all. The momentum gets you up there pretty quick and they are super fun! 😊

I am so excited about these interval workouts you have been doing lately. Both the shorter and longer versions. The movements are so functional and the cardio is crazy without jumping. So glad I found your channel. This was really tough. I couldn't do the full 90 seconds on all the intervals but I'm going to keep trying. Thanks! I will buy these when they come out.

Oh boy, that was a crazy workout & enormous sweat! What do you recommend to strengthen hand power? Also, with my knobbly knees I have trouble getting from semi-handstand to narrow squat...practice, I guess. Only the second workout I've done of yours, but they are so challenging and I just know my piriformis and glute medius will thank you! ;-)

You can hold on to hand weights if you find the angle of your wrists is giving you trouble. It does just take time to build up strength in your hands and wrists. It is a lot to do with forearm strength too. Downdog yoga moves are awesome for helping in that department too. 😊

Thanks for the tips! I'll keep on practicing and hopefully will get there. It's a mental challenge too, as I've never done hamdstands before - trusting the body is an issue!

I did it and I love it. The best part is that you give options and you give a stretch at the end. You do 2-3 moves on one side and then switch. The length is perfect and I'm so happy it wasn't 90 minutes with 45 minutes spent on one side of the body and switching. Thank you I want all of your 90/10 interval workouts when they are available for purchase. ☺

Awesome, I'm so happy you enjoyed it. I am trying to make the moves more accessible to everyone so that it doesn't feel as scary as it looks. Changing sides more often definitely makes a big difference in not creating dread factor. There are 2 more in this series, but I will be doing plenty of other series with similar moves in the future too. 😊

There have been a few workouts with shoes, but definitely not many. I just didn't want to slip, but actually it wasn't necessary 😊

You can start with the modifications and do it near a wall or sofa so you don't fall over backwards 😊
