www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the Endurance 90 Series. These workouts use intervals of 90 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to build your endurance and strength. The workouts are designed to fully fatigue your muscles and to take you to another level of focus and technique. Your balance and coordination will be challenged and your muscles will feel the burn!
In Endurance 90 Handstand Variations you will use handstand moves to strengthen your upper body and challenge your balance. There are lots of variations shown so it is a workout you can grow with, do not attempt the advanced variations until you are comfortable with the modifications. You will also see lots of squat and lunge combinations that will increase your heart rate and burn your muscles. There are also some unique mat exercises for the lower body so that you work your butt from all angles. It's nearly 40 minutes of non-stop work to torch fat and sculpt lean muscle. Finish with an elongating stretch at the end!
