These workouts use intervals of 30 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to increase your heart rate and let it recover just enough to keep you in the fat burning zone. This is the perfect series for those who are new to interval training as there are plenty of easier modifications shown and the work intervals are short. There is heaps of variety to help you increase fitness burn fat and sculpt lean muscle.
Beginner Intervals Ramp it Up takes your beginner workout to the next level with slightly more complex combinations. You will ramp up each routine by adding on variations and balance challenges. This one will train your mind and your muscles! This workout has heaps of variety and will definitely burn a ton of calories in a short amount of time. There is a nice stretch at the end too!

Equipment: mat and light hand weights (add ankle weights or a loop to make it more advanced)
