ORIGIN EFFECTS, the problem is leaving out the output transformer because the output transformer add harmonics and when you drive it saturating the output transformer it adds more harmonics and overtones. Why can't you install a small audio output transformer into the pedals?

How does the device work with guitar?

While these aren't primarily aimed at guitar use, they can be used with guitar if you wish. The DI OUT isn't going to offer much for guitar but using the AMP OUT with either a traditional guitar amp or IRs can deliver great results. As these are primarily aimed at bass players and bass tones, we do recommend you try them if you can first.

Yep, we recreate the whole amp. These vintage amps create their overdrive in the power amp section, as does our pedal.
