This is spot on. I have exprienced this myself. Being able to write great slides enables you to make great impact. First worked 5 years as a Consultant within a market research and advisory firm. Within this company I was even helping other Consultants with building slides and storylines. This gave me a lot of credits. Now working in Corporate Strategy I again use my skills to build great presentations to strenghten my recommandations and policy.
