Thank you for this foundational lesson. I was put off by all these movements when I first looked at bowspring. Love how you patiently explained the main posture. I will be moving like a lemur through my day now.😂❤

You are not alone. A lot of people are put off in the beginning because it's so different from what we've been taught. I'm glad that you're giving it a try and that you're going slow. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Just learned about bowspring and, while I'm not in the position to take classes right now, I'm going to go through this video regularly over the next few weeks and practice! Totally better than nothing. Thanks for this video!

Thanks for checking out my video. This one is soooo old and poorly filmed. I do have some better quality beginner videos that you might enjoy on this channel. Let me know if you want me to recommend something for you. I also have a Bowspring intro series and I do private sessions too. I offer a free consultation if you are interested.

This is so exciting! It is opposite to everything I have ever learned in dance and yoga. I have done those two for decades and now I have SO much spinal pain. Neck pain and back pain. I hope this brings relief!!

It's mind-blowing. After I learned about it, I had a personal revolution and it was difficult. I had to unlearn everything that I thought I knew about yoga and movement and become a beginner. It was really humbling, but there was no way I could go back. I just want to let you know you're not alone and you have any questions or you want more support along the way, please reach out 🙏👌💗

Keep trying and if you really get into it you can reach out. I do private coaching if you want to get to where you're going faster When I first started I also had the fear that I was doing it wrong. Eventually, it'll become a practice of self-understanding and awareness. Warm regards.

Thankyou for this video! I'm just learning about bowspring and this was so helpful. I keep trying but I'm causing tension and discomfort in my lower back! If you are happy to could you please give me some advice on that? Thankyou!

It's common to find low back soreness when starting a Bowspring awakening journey. Keep at it and it will go away soon as your glutes will develop and join in the action. Your low back thinks it has to do all the work, but it doesn't. 😊👍 You're on the right path 💗
