Thank you Shifu. Now i think its time for me to come back and continue my practice with your tutorial. I have learnt by heart thoroughly your previous two videos of xi sui jing. I practice them everyday. Then I had time to watch Ip Man 1, 2 and 3. I learnt so much the philosophy about these movies. What i learnt the most is Modesty. Qingchi, Qingcha, Qingjiao, Qingzuo etc. Are the way Chinese people express their respect and modesty to other people. They try to be small and humble to get others advices and listen to others ways of thinking. It really matters for me right now because i see myself having so much arrogant. I think I'm too good to not need to be taught. That's a big mistake in the journey of learning.

Modesty enough time will become a XinKong - a mind of no thoughts. I think like that. Ego free. Not having space for competitive, jealous, arrogant thoughts. Just keep listening and following what the masters teach and try to learn the best. After that there will be no more liking or disliking emotions, no more preferences or spontaneous thinking. Then discipline will be done better. Discipline will stand steadily and in a long run. Sorry for my poor English. I'm not native speaker. Hope you understand my writings

I decided to get into the theory of qi gong more in depth and started reading about yi jin jing and XI sui jing. “According to the documents, after you have completed 300 days of Yi Jin Jing training, you should also start the Xi Sui Jing training” Excerpt From Qigong, The Secret of Youth: Da Mo's Muscle/Tendon Changing and Marrow/Brain Washing Classics Jwing-Ming, Yang) Is it true that we should only start XI sui jing after having mastered yi jin jing? Dear Shifu, I wish that you will respond to my challenge. Everytime I do this practice I feel pain in the lower back! While at the same time it is crucial for me to clean my bone marrow. Do you have any creative idea’s on how to solve this matter? I do stand a bit bend down with my knees and strongly connected to Mother Earth with my feet. Bless you dear soul!

There's a lot of long commercials :(. I love this practice and want to be supportive and watch the ads, but I seem to get two ads every 2 minutes now.. It's hard to focus, it's abrupt, and it makes it harder to take a break from daily, ad-filled life. Regardless I'm always going to be so grateful for having access to these practices. I'll make sure that the ads get watched on my end. I just hope that the level of intensity is temporary because it may turn away others, especially those who struggle with focus.

Easy to solve issue, if you get youtube premium (it doesn't cost much) you wont get any ads at all. That is the way to go with youtube if you do things like this or meditations from youtube.
