About me- Hi, this is Shikha- Post Graduate Clinical Nutritionist. I completed my 3 years of intensive food science and nutrition degree followed by 2years of post-graduation in clinical dietetics from SNDT college. I'm also a certified fitness trainer and a also did sports nutrition to understand deep level of nutrition.
