the sac fragment is worth noting that most people disregarded, overshadowed by TTDS, specially R5 it almost 100% uptime to double cast skill which surprisingly generates nightsoul points as well, ER battery and extra shield strength, and the best thing is you dont have to bother around switching arrangement

There isn't much speculation to be made here, there are two options - it's either the dawn of an overdue freeze rework, or an intentional scummy bait for people who are unaware of how much of a disservice freeze does in vape - and I'm very much hoping it's the former.

The 20% res shred is just icing on the cake, Zhongli have always done 20% shred for all elements and it has never felt like much. It is the fact she can hold cinder city set and ToTDS book for a whooping +40% ele dmg and 40% attk. Also the fact she has reliable cryo app. Only unit that compares to her cryo app is C2 Rosaria, also C6 Kaeya but getting him to C6 is difficult. Melt had always been unconfortable to use, but seems consistent with granny.

Citlali surpassed my expectations too. She’s just broken in her niche. And the vertical investment on her is crazy with that C1 and C2. Tested her at C0. Mavuika, Arlecchino, Gaming and Lyney all deal more damage with Citlali and feel better to play imo. Shield + damage boosting is just chef’s kiss. Chasca mains are rejoicing too.

Massive boost to Mualani too. Even C4+ Citlali has a set up that is reproducible and allows all her hits to vape with Mavuika as the pyro applier. C4 is something that some people have worried about ruining vapes because of increased cryo application, but it's entirely manageable once you know how it works and how to mitigate it. So Citlali can work with Mualani at pretty much any investment level regardless of how intimidating her cryo application might seem at first. The key is to use a rotation timing where a shark bite lands right before the Mavuika tick that gets double melted by the Citlali tick that applies a skull, clearing the pyro aura. Shark bite will be on cooldown until pyro aura is reapplied so lack of aura for that one tick cycle doesn't matter anymore. So, to reiterate: shark bite (vaporize) -> mav skill tick (pyro) -> citlali skill tick (melt? still consumes pyro) + citlali skull (melt) -> no aura, shark bite on cooldown -> mav skill tick (pyro) -> citlali skill tick (melt) -> shark bite (vaporize)

I'm trying to resist pulling Citlali for my Mavuika since I don't really like her. So far the Best substitute for citlali is Rosaria, C2 Rosa allows Mavuika to melt with the burst and 4 CAs just like Citlali so the cryo app is no problem. Real diference is that Citlali can hold cinder city set and ToTDS book for a huge +40% ele dmg and 40% attk, then her 20% pyro shred is just the icing on the cake. After calculations, My 700k Mavuika nuke with Rosaria, could go to 1.1m by using citlali instead 😒... So yeah, it is a Big improvement, I'm still not sure to pull her just as a Mavuika stat stick, cause I really don't have other use for her.

Citlali is awesome. Arle, Bennett, Citlali on Sac Frags and C6 Rosaria is insanely good for me, and putting out better dmg than my Chev overload, and XQ vape teams. Best part is my Citlali is on an Atk goblet and circlet, because my Cinder City luck is horrible. Yet she still gets the job done, and does so very well.

This is a bit of strange situation for me, I usually like characters that end up being either not great in the meta, or good but controversial (due to having a very specific niche/mechanic, that kind of thing). But I always end up finding good use for them anyway because I just happen to have the right niche teammates / level of investement etc This time around, a character I like is finally unquestionably great - however, I have lowkey not a single good team for her lol. My only pyro carry is Hu Tao, who has one of the worst (if not the worst) synergy with her among the pyro carries, and I don't have Neuvillette or Mualani either. I did try her with Hu Tao as a sort of vape-melt support, but like, it only works in ST against non-bosses, except most ST situations are precisely against bosses, and in AoE, well, it's Hu Tao lol I also tried double cryo, just to see if it could work in any way against bosses but even when I tried to slow down Hu Tao's pyro app by weaving in more normal attacks (like a mini Arlecchino in a sense), it still didn't work out at all So yeah, I'm gonna have to find slightly off-meta uses for her, which is a bit ironic but it is what it is I guess

She work well with hu tao double hydro even against non freezeable boss. You may not get a melt but at the very least she still shred pyro and hydro + buffing hu tao with ttds and buffing yelan xingqiu with scroll set. she is zhongli upgrade in those team.

That 91k is still TEAM dps, the 60k was purely Neuv dps not including the rest of the team

My c0r1 neuvilette charge attack went down from 99 k beam ticks with c2r1 xilonen to 93 k ticks with c0r0 citlali..... My clear time was faster by 10 seconds though, cause I wasn't slapped around like a noodle 😅

I'm running sac frag with an old 4pc gilded dreams set since I have a few natlan supports and I hate the lack of 5 star stats on instructor and it's been working great for super high EM and decent burst damage at C0R0, no farming required 😎

She's meta for pyro team, that's about it. Unless you still play freeze build. Which sucks nowadays. So if you main any pyro characters like arle or hutao then pull for her.

specifically for nevuillete c0, the best team is actually, neuvillete, xilonen, citlali and mauvika (mauvika is better than furina here as u get three stacks) though for c1, defintiely furina but at c1 u wont need shielder so neuvillete xilonen furina and mauvika

I had 2 choices, pull mavuika or pull citlali. I pulled citlali, and shes making my c1 arlecchino do 200k melt, along with consistent 130k NA dmg. She also buffer my neuvillete furina team a lot

I saw your community post's calc of Mavuika's regular NAs and I feel like that would make a good video. Like how does C2 affect it? Are there any Furina or even Melt teams? Can you still burst and just get off the bike? What combos would she use, are CAs worth? For bike haters is it reasonably good enough in comparison to other Pyros or other carries in general?

Citlali is as GOAT as Captain because she buff teammates' element rather than her own. "Others Before Self" It's difficult to make Citlali's shield very strong because her kit doesn't have kit buffing plus her shield is cryo not geo.

Ppl asking why she doesn't shred cryo and the asnwer is to not kill shenhe in the one thing she is good at If she shredded cryo by 20%, she would also buff cryo and hydro dmg by 40%, be able to give 48% atk buff to the cryo on fielder, and also generate more particles than shenhe, as well as having a shield for the sake of it All of this would be achievable with lvl1 artifacts and a lvl1 thrilling tales weapon Meanwhile shenhe needs to stack a ton of atk and er together and atp for a freeze support most would just go citlali (even now she's not much of a downgrade to shenhe)

I feel she needs a specialised 5 star set for her that could help her have some dmg while giving a nice buff to the team, I mean why shy now from melt meta give us a five star instructor hoyo Honestly I didn’t like her but she is a good character tbh and if they make new kits be able to work with her she would be even better especially I like her shred is like xilonen where you technically don’t need to swirl like kazuha and the shred apply on enemies when they spawn

I have a question. Mr tc. All ttds does is give atk yes? 45% r5 or something.. If i use benett in the team, isnt it just better i use sac frag on citlali for more shield strength and damage? Since people say a lotta atk is not rewarding (im not sure about that statement).

Been wondering for Melt rotations, are we not supposed to melt her own burst? I feel like nobody is talking about its multiplier at like 900K, with 800+ EM I’m able to Melt it off Bennett for 100-200K even with Thrilling Tales. And I haven’t had any issues with cryo reapplying before Mauvika bursts. Am I missing something here?
