According to the description, the writers are "Mike Trapp and Grant O'Brien", and the rest of the crew was Michael Schaubach (Director), Shane Crown (Producer), Francesca McLafferty (Production Coordinator) and Sam Geer (Editor). So while for the rest of the crew, it may have driven them insane, I don't think it would have been as bad for the writers because they were writing characters based on themselves. Probably still a bit harder then it sounds though. It must be weird to play a character based on yourself that you also wrote.

One of the things I find interesting is in the behind the scenes of this video Grant ducks down and when he comes back up it's Keith without his glasses and they do it all while the camera's rolling but he ducks completely out of frame which would've made it very easy to cut and pop Keith in there instead of trying to match it up perfectly while getting out of each other's way.
