@@Mybackisbr0ken Tbh, I'm unsure of who really recites the Qur'an properly nowadays. Most of the really famous ones do way too much emphasis on their voice and not enough emphasis on the wording. The Ustadh is really good masha'Allah but he hasn't released recordings of the whole Qur'an unfortunately. Mishary Rashid is a fairly safe bet, but he still does a lot with his voice that some would view as maybe slightly unnecessary, but not haraam. Check out Mahmoud al-Hussary - scholars have recommended him and said that his recitation was close to that of the Salaf masha'Allah, I believe he is dead now, may Allah have Mercy on him. Hope this helps. You should be able to figure out what's ok by listening to Ustadh AbdulRahman and Al-Hussary and figuring out a guideline from there. My concern is that this method of discussing the topic may be distracting for beginner students of knowledge... I think it would help if the Ustad would be allowed to complete his entire argument and THEN the proofs can be challenged... by challenging the proofs directly each time as they are mentioned may cause the listener to become lost... Jazakallahu khair brothers, I was wondering where to we send questions to? I was wondering regarding to our stance (Muslims) towards non Muslims, are we supposed to feel indifferent towards them, hate them, love them or what? Barakallahu feek
@AH232324 жыл бұрын
We must hate the non-Muslims, as they disbelieve and are arrogant and ignorant towards Allah. We must hate them, and everything associated with their religions and disbelief. "You will not find a people who believe in Allah and the Last Day having affection for those who oppose Allah and His Messenger, even if they were their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their kindred. Those - He has decreed within their hearts faith and supported them with spirit1 from Him. And We will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally. Allah is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him - those are the party of Allah. Unquestionably, the party of Allah - they are the successful." 58:22 Therefore we can see it is not permissible to befriend and love the Kuffar. JazakAllahu Khayran. As for asking questions, I believe the email is QUESTIONS@AMAU.ORG so feel free to send questions there. May Allah bless you.

@@Goodborni This general explanation is taken from Usool al-Thalatha by Sheikh Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab, and a Sharh of it by Sheikh Haytham Sarhan and Sheikh ibn Uthaymeen. We must hate all disbelievers, however we must treat them in this world with mercy and kindness, but you must show displeasure towards their disbelief and actively disapprove of their religions and celebrations. This ayat is clearly general and encompasses all disbelievers, and you can clearly see that. There are also, as far as I am aware, other evidences for this, but none come to mind. I have a very important question PLEASE answer; so it was said that even reading Quran in a studied melodious way is haram... I currently memorize it from qari mishary al afasy which is very melodious if you are aware of it and this helps to memorize so I try to do it exactly the same way and copy the tone,,,Is this okay??!
@nasirosman964 жыл бұрын
Answer Praise be to Allah. Making one’s voice beautiful when reciting Qur’aan is something that is prescribed and was enjoined by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) listened to the recitation of Abu Moosa al-Ash’ari and liked it, and he told him, “You have been given a melodious voice like that of Dawood.” (Muslim, Salaat al-Musaafireen, 793). On this basis, if the imam of a mosque imitates a person who has a beautiful voice and recites beautifully in order to make his own voice and recitation of the Book of Allaah more beautiful, this is something which is prescribed for him and for others, because it moves the worshippers praying behind him, and makes them focus, listen and pay attention to the recitation. Allaah bestows His bounty on whomsoever He wills and He is the owner of great bounty. Source:www.google.com/amp/s/islamqa.info/amp/en/answers/26196

Assalaamu alaikum, I would say that it's best to avoid these things; they are a waste of time and not beneficial enough to justify the music within them. If you want to watch these things, either mute the show so the music cannot taint your heart and put on subtitles, or go to the park/outdoors and contemplate on Allah's creation there inshaa'Allah. But I would recommend doing beneficial acts of worship instead (eg. seeking knowledge, watching Islamic discussions such as these, reciting/learning Qur'an etc). This is not related to the video but its a question i have. Since it is allowed to do the marriage contract when a girl has not reached puberty. Just like Aishah RA did. Although, consummating that marriage is only when she has reached it. So if a man divorces a girl like in this situation, will there be a iddah of 3 months? I would think that the answer would be no because in in the Quran 33:49 “O believers! If you marry believing women and then divorce them before you touch them, they will have no waiting period for you to count, so give them a ˹suitable˺ compensation, and let them go graciously.” But then in surah 65:4 “As for your women past the age of menstruation, in case you do not know, their waiting period is three months, and those who have not menstruated as well. As for those who are pregnant, their waiting period ends with delivery. And whoever is mindful of Allah, He will make their matters easy for them.” When Allah says “and those who have not menstruated as well” who is this talking about? Is it the women who have reached puberty but do not have they’re cycles because of some problem or is it the girls who have married that are still immature?

With due respect, It's quite unfortunate to see when somebody trying to prove Ijma for which he doesn't have any daleel, tries to alter the meanings of words of Quran to satisfy his belief. When somebody is speaking more arabic than english and as soon as he starts commenting on Quran, he doesn't even knows the meaning of the words of the Quran himself, rather he tries to get the meaning of the words of the Quran from a scholar which supports his beliefs.
