I joined this company because of your old videos. I’m so glad I made the move. I’m OTR. I stay out 2-3 months at a time and yes they have been running me like crazy. Making great money. I haven’t had any issues with the cameras or any calls about it yet. As far as micromanaging. This is the first and only company I’ve worked for that leaves you alone. I love it! They post the loads on the tablet and you just go from there. No constant calls about an ETA. I would say, you will get paid how hard you run for sure (for OTR). Btw, I really appreciate how real and honest you are about every topic. That’s what’s gonna get you more and more subscribers. Great work!

Nice information about nusbaum. I almost went with them because their trucks are nice. But it is not always about how the trucks look. it's all about the benefits and pay. I went with cretecarrier because they have profit sharing safety bonus every 3 months, and especially one thing that I took advantage of was the scholarship program for you and your dependents. Overall, it's good company. But we don't have facing cameras or outward cameras 🤔 I'm otr, and I get a 69cpm average in between 2500 to 3200 miles per week.

With crete, how much is your take-home pay on average, if I may ask?
@truckingwithcrete3 ай бұрын
@Solitude633 I net after taxes and health insurance 1,400 to 1800 or 2000 depending on the miles I get that week, but it's always around there.

Whoah!! No driver facing camera is a win in my book for any company. How many experience do you have to have for them to take you?

No such thing as a perfect company. With that said Wayne Smith out of Morrilton, Ar to me is a good place to work. Been here for almost 4 year's.
