+Tara VanDeVen I'm sorry, but common sense isn't enough here. And what even is common sense when it comes to food consumption? Is it common sense that red meat is bad? How is it common sense? It's not common sense so much as a widely held belief based on what some supposed authority has told us. Everything we think we know comes from "experts," scientists and researchers doing studies and reporting their findings, these are the opinions, evidence-based if you want, that are passed on to the rest of us average folks to shape our notions about food and supposedly inform our decisions. So there is no common sense, just widely disseminated beliefs held about food based on what someone who supposedly knows more about it tells us is true. But this video points out how clear it is that what we're being told is at best an oversimplification.

I was donating blood every 60 days to get rid of iron, until the plandemic hit. I must get back to doing so. I've read that women live longer due to their natural "donation" of menstruation Thank you for everything Dr. Berg.

Would love to get my vitamins solely from real food, but I had GB. I have to take an iron supplement daily, for the rest of my life. I also take a separate pill for: magnesium, potassium, fish oils, biotin (at least until I am done losing), calcium, vitamin k2, bile salts, a good multivitamin (hence the iron), turmeric, and a few extra quality of life ones like L-Theanine, Lion's mane, creatine, apple cider vinegar, and L-Tryptophan.

To avoid metal pots: Corning Vision glass pots and skillets (frying pans) can be used on stove TOP. Gas or wood stove is the healthiest. Corning Vision pots come in many sizes and designs. Nothing beat those. The heat goes through very quickly, so one must use a little bit less heat and turn off a minute before, let it cool down for 1/2 minute before to empty the pot completely from liquid, as it might otherwise burn. Lemon acid and crystal soap can be used in those pots to clean them when burnt.

There's fair points in this video, the problem is what percentage of the population that eat meat are eating grassfed/organic? I would suggest quite low but it'd be really interesting and would shed light on this subject. Just take a look at an organic chicken and compare it to the crap bloated/drug/hormone fed one's a lot of people pick up.

The problem is that whenever we report on anything related to food in science, it’s always a definitive answer on whether or not something is bad. No food is inherently bad, the problem is that ppl eat things in excess, and consuming meat in excess, especially red meat, increases your chances for getting a disease like heart disease, diabetes, or cancer. Red meat itself doesn’t cause these things, the over consumption of red meat is related tho

Just learned from a toxicologist that the main problem with red meat if not organic, that it is the growth hormones in the meat. These also promote growth of cancer cells. Poultry is usually not supplemented or injected with growth hormones.

Well, you have a research and just like them you too are very passionate about your research. Also, you say it all with a lot of ifs and buts! So, all I understand is that it all depends on the individual and their genetics, the climate they live in and how organic is the red meat, and how it is prepared!!... However, what is certain is that, if you like it, eat it in moderation!!!! And, if you don't like it you can live without it too!!!!

I have hemochromatosis and I do feel much better when I donate blood regularly.... My problem is I have “white coat hypertension” and when I go to give blood, sometimes my B/P jumps up so high they have to send me home without donating blood.... I've tried everything to control that but so far nothing I've found prevents it.... At home the B/P is normal, I walk into the doctor's office and zoom, out of sight....
