Nope this has been found before, this happens because of the new wood physics in trackmania, it allows your car to be sent upwards if you hit it at a very specific angle.

Your front tire made contact with the wood wall which gave it a ton of grip, but since it couldnt drive forward it sent you up instead. Its kinda like the Spiderman bug that lets you drive along walls if your wheel makes contact, but a lot more powerful cuz of the wood physics. At least, I'm pretty sure that's what it is

That’s basically what happens when your wheels get contact with the reworked wood, this has been noticed pretty much since day 1 of that update, although usually when it happens on accident its not at all smooth xD
