you can run a gte manifold with adapter plate and extend the wiring to that side for the maf and run it extend a couple hoses i met someone who wanted to do it and i mentioned it and it worked flawlessly for them.

@@ivanshinoda yes and no. These covers won't fit under the factory throttle body. You'll need to get a front-facing intake manifold that allows you to move the stock throttle body to be on the front of the engine near the power steering pump. This is difficult since this throttle body is controlled by the ECU and it's hard to find an intake manifold that faces forward and also utilizes the is300 throttle body.

Plenty of supra guys run these with no issue. You could just make a bracket to secure it for peace of mind.
