That 5x-100x ROI can be used for legal issues. Since it is technically a false advertisement (even 5x is already a stretch, especially on a new unstable "business") (I could believe an additional 5% ROI, but even that is considered high already. The only way to achieve that is to buy a good amount of the stock of the company, have lots of sales... But that could still take what months to a few years to get that initial investment + 5% ROI.) Even my friend who studies Business Management, I showed this to him as a joke and all he said to me was if this is a Ponzi scheme. (Which I totally agree with)

This from the UK governments own legislation website: "A person who without lawful excuse makes to another a threat, intending that that other would fear it would be carried out, to kill that other or a third person shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years" So he's looking at up to 10 years if charged with this, but would probably get far less. Edit: This is obviously in regards to death threats, but goes to show that they at least on paper take threats seriously.

Over the past couple years I've worked in finance, got licensed and working for a firm. I actually like how we can help make people's lives better, and I believe that working with individual retail investors bears with it a level of integrity and trust...when I see these moronic criminals who until now went through their life doing nothing of value, and now that crypto is a thing they go nuts trying to push investments on people it just blows my mind. We have laws to prevent this stuff and it doesn't apply to crypto. Be careful with your money.
