~Ingredients (1 serving)~
☆ketchup rice
50g sausage
1/4 onion
50g shimeji mushrooms
10g butter
200g rice
1 tbp sake
3 tbp ketchup
1 tsp oyster sauce
a little salt
a little pepper
※You can also use bacon or chicken instead of sausage.
You can use any mushrooms you like.
