Sorry you’re going through a hard time. I often reflect on St. Francis de Sales’ words in similar situations: “Do not lose your inner peace for anything whatsoever, even if your whole world seems up.” Keep up the good work.

The truth has a price to pay. I registered at the historic mission near my house and was preparing to get deep into ministry. There was a lot of ignorance in this parish. In the apologetics class I was teaching to teens ( apparently was not a confirmation class) we had an altar boy who had not been to confession in three years. He was a very reverent young man but no one explained to him that the church requires he go to confession at least once a year. I then attended the RCIA with hopes of being a faith sharer. The priest who spoke that day began by criticizing the Catholic Church for not ordaining women as priests. He stated that Mary consecrated the first host by giving birth to Jesus! I told the RCIA director that I was going to privately talk to Father about what he said. She was shocked that I would want to talk to a priest who was,' an expert on canon law.' She asked me to meet with her, which I did. She questioned me about my views on contraception and homosexuality. I told her they were the same as the views of the Church (duh!). Anyway, I was later informed that I would not be a part of the RCIA program because of my views and questioning a priest. It was then that I registered at St. Margaret. The greatest opportunity to evangelize is not the Protestants ( although I am trying to evangelize my son) or the unbelievers. The greatest opportunity are the ignorant Catholics. Say Happy birthday to that family member for me and know we are praying for all of you. I know your birthday comes toward the end of the month, so here is a pre- happy birthday to you.

Love your channel! Thank you. I’ve walked a long Christian life and have learned to recognize certain things: The woman behind the counter was not “the woman behind the counter” who acted out but the enemy of Christ who recognized Christs Spirit in you that acted out. You will know them by it by their fruit. It will happen over and over again bc we battle not against flesh and blood…. Keep up the beautiful channel and I hope you had the best birthday party ever. 🎉❤

Do _NOT_ second guess yourself, you were absolutely correct to speak up! If that person was giving out the Eucharist without proper reverence, he and others were at _serious_ risk. You may just have prevented them from being killed by God! (1 Corinthians 11:30)

- Short introduction: In Italy Sunday should be a free day, of rest, and if it is, it is thanks to the Church Catholic (and also Judaism). - Here he is / He, the gentleman, we would NEVER see him on TV crying soup, crying crocodile tears saying: “No one wants to work for me” after having discarded or thrown away his thousandth CV without even reading it. Neither on La7 or ... ... ... surrounded by journalists, politicians, psychologists ... ... ... All horrified by the fact that young people and NOT just young people and NOT just Italians, practically everyone dares to ask for Sunday off to be with their family; with friends, acquaintances; to rest, have fun and pray. Painting those who dare to ask or even just think this... - In a few words: Then in reality it can happen that there is NO rest not even on Sunday / Sunday and if you (dare) "demand / (demand)" even just 1 day of rest yes it is frowned upon. / DISMISSED. - And equally ready to praise him for having rejected practically every single candidate, even for trivial and opposing reasons such as too much or too little of anything, any characteristic. Nor even in an investigation by Iene or Striscia la Notizia to propose and/or make people work for one euro (=169.79 Japanese Yen / 169.79 Japanese Yen) an hour or for free, or worse (or worse from a human point of view, from a point of view ... ... ... and better yet from an economic one) to be dirty by inducing women and (even) men to prostitute themselves in exchange for money and a career. - I am well aware of free work, [(accepted only if there was the possibility of taking courses without paying or paying little and (a) good schedule that does NOT put / does NOT put (my) life in danger. - Otherwise NO - Better NOT to work for free. Even if those who DO NOT agree to work for free, those who DO NOT allow themselves to be "enslaved" are branded NEGATIVELY.) - And the rest? (= rhetorical question that does NOT need to be answered) Well, I know the rest exists thanks to TV. - Nor even in one of your Japanese counterparts of these channels and TV programs. If it ever existed. - 10 days of holiday seems a bit short to me, but if you count the Sundays, include the pay, include the training and consider how they are spent, they may even be right. - Even the (net) salary you give to the worker seems VERY GOOD to me. - But to understand if it is really good we should know better and compare it with the cost of living. And compare the cost of living and wages across Japan or/and get an average. Like on average the cost of living is ... ... ... Also taking into consideration that there are those who spend more (get into debt) and those (like me and many other Italians) spend less (DO NOT go into debt, save, make many sacrifices ). - But the most important thing to understand if ¥18,000 - 2,000 per month (= around €1,100) is (as it appears) a good or excellent salary. And know how much the boss (the gentleman) earns, how many days of rest, holidays he has and what happens if he makes a mistake or an illegality. - And yes because if the pay is slightly higher or even much higher, however the days of rest and holidays are the same and if he makes a mistake or worse an illegality he pays the consequences and he pays them. Per hour ¥ 18000 - 2000 (= around €1100) per month is a good, excellent salary. - However, if as in Italy [(valid for both the private and the public)] he gets much, much more, he has many more days of rest, holidays and when he makes a mistake, an illegality, instead of paying the consequences he even career, rewards himself with a bonus or / and others for example employees and customers, and above all "precarious - unemployed - under - or - not paid at all" pay, must pay for your mistakes, for mistakes that they have NOT committed. Well, in that case that pay is NOT that good. Although still better than nothing. - A video

Remember Pope Paul VI said “the smoke of Satan has entered the Church”, meaning some priest out thousands of good priests could fall to satan’s tentation so as they are human; a weak flesh. The Church is the Institution founded by Jesus himself and we must remain faithful to his instruction. Matthew 16:18 [18] And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the powers of death shall not prevail against it. [19] I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. "

That is a lie. Lord Christ did not found the apostate Catholic Church. Christ founded the True Church... not a church of charlatan's, idol worships, deceivers, child molesters, and now pro lgbt per your failed and evil Poop Francis. The Church Christ founded is not lead by a bunch of old pagans. Heed the warning given in Revelation 18:4.

I thought this type of issue was only found in my local Church. As some one who went trough a similar situation (that being exposing something that is not right or something that is not in line with our faith and facing the “consequences”) it is a difficult situation but it is one in which we are called to call out. If we want to evangelize the world, we need to start with our home: The Church.

@@lendonhoffman513 Ephesians 2:10 "For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." Philippians 1:6 - "Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." John 15:4-5 - "Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me." Galatians 5:6 - "For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love." **Good works naturally flow from a thriving relationship with Christ. A growing understanding of God's goodness and a deepening Trust in His plan's for our lives (which we learn through hard times through dependency) begets action. If we desire to see action in our own lives, the only thing we can do is ask for a deeper life with christ. Not for what He can give, but for who He is, and fruit naturally grows. In fact, it cannot be stifled. "Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works." -James 2:18 Works are truly the evidence of Faith. However, they are not the foundation of it. Focusing on works takes our eyes off of God and onto ourselves. We then lose sight of Christ, when our hearts no longer seek Him, our works are truly pointless. What a good God we have! Some more great verses regarding this :) see: (Hebrews 11:1, Revelation 2, Matthew 7:21-23, 1 Corinthians 13:1-3)

The Church teaches that we are saved by faith, but that we are not saved by faith alone. In fact, the only place where the phrase "faith alone" appears in the New Testament is James 2:24. There the inspired apostle denies that justification is from faith alone.“You see that a man is justified by works and not by faith alone.”
@vaughnturner4851

Something to consider, is that in the context of James's letter (This includes chapter one until verse 25 of chapter 2), James is talking to a group of people who have no real faith at all, but think that they do. (James 2:19 "You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that-and shudder.") He emphasizes the tie between faith and actions. He argues that they need true faith, because words alone do not save them. He is trying to show them that they are in fact, not in line with the truth. He explains that Genuine faith (which justifies a person before God) will naturally result in actions that are consistent with that faith. He is not saying that the actions justify the person. Rather, he says that they are evidence of true faith. Verse 26 is great evidence of this. He mentions that just as a living body has a spirit, faith has good actions that show it's real. If you really believe, you'll act on it. It's like if you truly care about someone, you naturally do nice things for them. The Bible uses Abraham as an example because his actions showed his faith was genuine. Ephesians 2:8-9, Paul emphasizes that salvation is a gift of grace alone through faith. And not a result of works. (faith alone) Genesis 15:6 (Old Testament) & James 2:23: "Abram believed the LORD, and he credited it to him as righteousness." (faith alone) Romans 3:28: "For we maintain that a person is justified by faith apart from the works of the law." (faith alone) Romans 4:5: "However, to the one who does not work but trusts God who justifies the ungodly, their faith is credited as righteousness." (faith alone) The Bible's teachings come before any Church's teachings. Also see: Galatians 2:16, Galatians 3:11, Romans 5:1:, Romans 10:9-10, John 3:16, Acts 16:30-31. There are more I did not add. Jesus Christ is the first and foremost love of my heart. I ask Him if I can know him more, and He answers (sometimes it took years), but it was all timed perfectly. A deepening life with Him is the only thing that will transform my life. I can say that my actions have truly changed because of it... But all of my actions, I do not think matter too much in the end. All what matters to me is what was built between me and God. And when I die, all I want is to be with Him face to face. He is my dearest companion and friend. And an ever present help in trouble. I do not desire a reward for any good deeds, as none of them would have come to be without him first spurring the heart within me.

I mean this respectfully, I'm only saying this to encourage you to look into true Christianity by yourself and not just take the word of mere men who lead the Roman Catholic church and just take their word for it never asking questions.The Roman Catholic is not the church Jesus established. It does need to say Roman Catholicism in God's word in order to be the true church. If the words Roman Catholicism aren't in scripture, there's no proof that it is the church Jesus established. Why would Jesus not mention it in God's word that the Roman Catholic church is the church that He established? Who was the person who said it hundreds of years later? It wasn't Jesus. So Jesus never said this. You believe what your priests tell you and you don't question them at all as if they could not possibly be wrong. Study for yourself instead of taking the word of mere men without question. Study God's word. There's so much about Roman Catholicism that was made up centuries after the true church had been established by Christ, and after scripture was closed. Roman Catholics did not give us God's word. God gave us His word, inspired by the Holy Spirit. Jesus is the head of His church. Mere human beings are the body of Christ, including your pope and priests if they are genuinely saved. No mere human being can be the head of Christ's church. Only Christ is the head of His church. The church is His church, not mere men who claim that and without any reference in God's word about it. Of course it needs to be told by Christ in God's word, because God's word is where we find all that we can know about Him. God's word is the only book inspired by the Holy Spirit. Every other book and other documents are written by mere men, not God. Those other books and other documents are not God's word. Please study for yourself and see for yourself. You're going to be amazed what Jesus teaches you without mere men's interference. Don't even believe me. Believe what God's word teaches you, please 🙂🙏

You already know Protestants are going to Strawman when they call the Catholic Church, the "Roman Catholic Church or Roman Church." This of course is rooted in ignorance. Furthermore, attacking the Apostolic See just because you don't know or understand it, even though it's in scripture, just makes you look ignorant.

You say, "There's so much about Roman Catholicism that was made up centuries after the true church had been established by Christ, and after scripture was closed." I have to ask, who was it that determined what was Scripture and what wasn't? When was that decision made? By what authority did they have to make that judgement? If they had the authority to make that judgement, did they have the authority to make other judgements as well?

@@dillpickles879 You don't know that the word of God, the scriptures are the only inspired word given to us by the Holy Spirit. You don't study scripture and you probably were never taught to study scripture where it teaches that. Where do you get you authority that Roman Catholicism is the church Jesus established? You get it from your church leaders. Where did they get the authority? What proof do they have? Do you just take their word for it?

Don't forget we are talking about Jews ( Isra'el ) talking to Jews ( Isra'el ) Throughout THE ENTIRE word of God / The Bible - Yeshua The Messiah is a JEW from Isra'el and Paul studied under The Cohen Hagadol (High Priest Gamliel ) ALL JEWS. Don't FORGET to Mention this is: ALL JEWS Speaking to JEWS from a HEBREW God Who wrote with His Finger on the wall in Hebrew / Aramaic. The God of The Bible is NOT a Greek God, a Roman Catholic God, A Latin God or any other made up Man made Religion. He is a JEWISH God who chose The People of Isra'el to be His CHOSEN People. When you accept the Gift of Salvation from the JEWISH Messiah you Enter through the Gate of THE JEW to accept Salvation and then you Live with JEWS and Become a Part of Gods Chosen People ISRA'EL. - The Jews. There is NO SUCH Thing as a Christian aka Catholic God \ Messiah. ONLY JEWS \ Isra'el \ Hebrews. Shalom.

This is why Jesus was a Jew and we are Catholics: Jesus came to complete the Jewish religion by creating a Church (The New Israel/The Heavenly Jerusalem) that would serve as its fulfillment and be open to people of all races, not just ethnic Jews. As Catholics, we are those who have accepted the fulfillment of the Jewish faith by joining the Church that Jesus founded. This faith in Jesus Christ is the only faith by which we can be saved; through it we attain the grace of forgiveness and the true freedom proper to the children of God. Therefore, as the apostle says, anyone who submits to the observances of the Mosaic Law falls back into the slavery of the Law and denies the redemption wrought by Christ.
