@@praveen8396 bro 1. Walking 5 Km daily 2. No sugar 3. Try to keep carb below 180 g 4. Increase protein intake 5. Try to replace carb with fats 6. Fats take time to digest so less hungry 7. Overall below 1700 Cal everyday diet 8. Use healthifyme for calorie tracking Somedays you fail ok but try to do consistently and check weight often to get motivation. I have a very big doubt. When I am in a calorie deficit diet, do we have only count the intake and not the calorie burnt. I am walking for 10 km in the morning, which burns around 780 cals for my body weight, and I am conuimg 1500 calories through food. How much is my net calorie intake for that day. Is it 820 or 1500. It wil help me plan my meal and workout accordingly. Thanks in Advance
