Coach, how about weight lifting? I mean should we be lifting while doing plyometric stuff or first gain strength and then jump explisiveness. Could u make a video about the lifting exercises we should do? The videos are really helpful btw.

1-2 times a week. 2-3 days in between to recover! Or whatever your body needs for it to feel like it can do the exercise all over again at 100% explosiveness & speed
