Doing this every day! started: 02/01/25 😭 ✅ day 1: I did the stretches well although at 8:35 my feet don't reach the floor 😞 ✅ day 2: I did it again! ✅ day 3: I did it although my lazy as self decided not to do it in the morning and in the afternoon instead ✅ Day 4: I did it but did it late again!! ✅ Day 5: I finally did it in time!! and i feel its getting eaiser. ✅ Day 6: did it at night cause I was out ✅ Day 7: Finished!

This stretching workout is so relaxing! I felt calm and refreshed after my first session today. It seems like it could really help in achieving a slimmer body, but since it's only my first day, I’m excited to see the long-term results. perfect!! I love it! Im gonna do it everyday for some time and ill remind you guys! Day 1 (today): i felt nice and stretched, but did it wrong many times 🥲 But i will progress! You cant force yourself to do it when it hurts since it wont end well, even of you do it wrong repeat tomorrow and then itll progress! Love it! Day 2: Done! I really like this exercice! GOAL: 30 Days! day 1: ✅ + waist pilates, i hoped it would be quite easy, well i got humbled really quick. it really showed how not flexible i am! day 2: ✅ + waist pilates, i felt pretty good after doing it! day 3: ✅ + 1 min plank and 40 sit ups, i was feeling lazy and actually didnt want to do anything at all XD. day 4: ✅ + waist pilates, 20 sit ups, hip pilates, i was pretty motivated cause i saw some change! also tried something new

Start weight-65.6kg Waist-64cm Thigh-52cm I forgot about this after day 2 of week one, so my new start is week two Week two Day 1->✔️ Day 2->✔️✔️ Day3-> ✔️✔️ Day 4->✔️ Day5->✔️ Day 6->✔✔️ Day 7->✔️✔️ Day 1->✔️ Day 2->✔️ Day3-> ✔️ Day 4->✔️ Day5->✔️ Day 6->✔️ Day 7->✔️ Results ->okay so I've been doing this everyday, I love it so much I'm much more flexible and my legs and arms gave slimmed down :). Si tu ressens des douleurs aux jambes c'est que tu as trop étiré tes muscles. Je te conseille de t'échauffer avant de faire les exercices car tu pourrais t'être fait une déchirure dans le pire des cas. En résumé échauffe toi avant les exercices, ne force pas si tu as mal, pense à te reposer et reste hydraté. ❤

I have seen a few differences like my flexibility improving or less muscle soreness, but not in my height (i’ve been doing it for about 3 weeks) i think this isn’t made for improving height but hinafit has a stretching routine that targets that area
