Since I am a Muslim and it is the month of Ramadan and I do not do any morning exercises, I will do these exercises. Thank you, and I follow the mealtime exercises an hour later.

@@kpoptalks2018 I did these exercises for 2 months, other videos - abs Kazuha, Hanni, Pilates Wonyoung, IVE training the results are visible the first month I did 3-2 times a day and the other month 2 times a day in the morning and evening.

相談なんですけど、今脂肪を減らしたくて筋トレとか有酸素とか頑張ってるですけど全身に脂肪が多くて、体重も増えて(筋トレで筋肉量が増えただけだとは思いますが)どうしたら脂肪なくなりますかね?😭ひなたさんのような綺麗な11字腹筋が欲しいです!!!ちなみにひなたさんの動画の筋トレやストレッチはほぼ全部やっており筋トレやストレッチを始めてからは半年ほどたっております!お昼はこれからお弁当ですが以前までは給食でした!骨格ストレートです!

あと!食事なんですけど、朝は学校のある日はオイコスやイーセイスキル、パルテノのローテーション+バナナかリンゴで休みの日はひなたが紹介してるオートミールレシピです!ちなみこのストレッチも休みの日やってます!おやつはヘルシーなものを作って食べる時もあれば普通に市販のものを食べたり作ったりしてる時もありますw(おやつ作るのが趣味なんです!)ご飯は私が作る時もあれば親が作ったりしてる時もあるので食事をヘルシーに変えるのは難しいんです😭通学が前はチャリだったんですけど今年から電車+歩きです!体重は158cmで筋トレ前は48kgでしたが筋トレするようになったら58kgになりました、、。見た目はあまり変わってないですけど少しお腹が出た気もします😭長文すみませんm(_ _)m

いつも動画をやって下さり、ありがとうございます😊 脂肪量の多さがお悩みで、食事のコントロールが難しい場合は、消費カロリーを増やす必要があります😖 1日の運動時間はどのくらいでしょうか? もし今宅トレのみだったら、ジムトレで負荷、筋肉量を上げる事で脂肪燃焼しやすい体作りをしつつ、有酸素と掛け合わせるのがオススメです✊ ただ今でも十分に頑張っていると思うので、市販のお菓子やジュースは買わないようにして、自転車や歩く時間を増やしてみる所からスタートしてみてください😊

@@Hinafit コメントありがとうございます🙏一日の運動時間は35分ほどです!+学校の体育って感じです!ジムは近くにないし、経済的にも難しいので家でジムに近いことをやれるように頑張ります!消費カロリー頑張って増やしてみます!これからもがんばります!

10-05-24 : ✔️ 11-05-24 : ✖️ 12-05-24 : ✔️ 13-05-24 : ✔️ 14-05-24 : ✔️ 15-05-24 : ✔️ 16-05-24 : ✔️ 17-05-24 : ✔️ Okay so it’s been a week now, and all i can say is that it’s feels so good in the morning like i feel more awake after doing it and my body feels so sooo good For the flexibility i don’t know if i can say that i have a major improvement but a little i think I really recommend and will keep going ! Update : guyyys please do it if you want more flexibility, i'ts been two weeks I think and my legs are sooo much flexible than day 1, even my right leg have improve (didn't know it was possible bc of how horrible it was haha)

I love following along your morning and nightly excersizes, but i struggle trying to do 'the side abs&back stretch' and the 'calf stretch since my upper body is very inferior to length compaired to my lower body and i struggle to reach my toes on the side abs stretch, i ussually have to bend my body more which hurts alot, and for the calf stretch i struggle to get my feet flat on the ground, can someone help me with this?

2ヶ月ぐらい続いてたんですけど、サボってたら少しリバウンドしちゃったのでまた今日から頑張ります💪🔥❣️ ちなみに生理の日とかってどうしてますか、、? 私の場合生理の時だけ爆食いしちゃってまた太っちゃうって事が多いんです😢 なのでひなたさんの場合どうしてるのか知りたいです! お願いします🙇🏻‍♀️

生理1~3日目くらいまでは筋トレは一切せず、食事も好きなものを食べています😊 その後頑張ったら良いので、生理中は無理しないでください☺️

Я начинаю делать эту тренировку до того пока не начнётся лето 1 день ✅ 2 день ✅ какого либо эффекта ещё нет, треня очень нравится, я сама атлетка и здесь как упр на растяжку 3 день ✅ всё супер легко
