Lich bane because daisy is bugged. She applies every on hit that Ivern has ( lich bane, w in bush buff etc). That's why even PTA can be a rune nowadays

@@MangaGamified power budget has nothing to do with that, you can accomplish the same thing with tibbers without even stacking pyromania by having riliandry combination, making your tibbers effectively a max health walking sunfire. Maiden doesn't have the same reliability, but also not the same purpose as a summon either. And on the 'unconventional to play against', I'd remind you every state Ivern was overpowered, both his playrate and winrate never stopped increasing without lowering even once. You can know the champ's kit in and out and unless you have a direct counter in either top, mid or jungle, you ain't gonna do jack due to his power level, relative to his powerbudget being equal to yours regardless

@@MangaGamified you say that but I'm not too sure what the counterplay is. the fact is, daisy has too much utility. they upgraded her attack range and movement speed which I think is a very big mistake when two of her three autos applies cc to prevent them from escaping so the synergy is way too insane for a 1v1 that essentially turns into a 1v2. Daisy has 1900 hp at level 1 so for all top laners except for maybe nunu, it's impossible to just straight up kill the summon without taking significant damage due to her slow kit and movement speed. it's not a matter of underestimating daisy when there's no counterplay. you compare that to maiden and tibbers but they are extremely kiteable and have significant less health (1300 health (+75%Ap) and 350 health (+75% Maxhp)) so there's more room to punish the pet. it's not even a matter of "used to be not seen". ivern and daisy have already been out for a while so players already know how thee kit works but clearly with the 13.11 buffs, the winrate skyrockets. sure, it might settle down to 52% but clearly it is an overturned buff sure people are "underestimating daisy" but that doesn't change the fact that she is overbuffed and there's no counterplay? so what is the counterplay?

Realistically adcs have pretty high base stats and most can function in a solo lane pretty well. The adc being bot is more about them being able to stay out of fights till they can scale out of control where nobody else is a factor.

Btw try PTA with it. We - Ivern mains - are in an uncharted territory rn and there is lots of testing. In full ad comps u can go Gauntlet as well, but PTA is so fun rn. Daisy applies it.

Yeah it fucking sucks. I went full crit/lethality aatrox top and saw the enemy jungler go night harvester, lich bane and cosmic drive. Daisy was killing me while ivern was gaining 500 Health Shield every 5 seconds while moving as fast as a Lillia with 3 Q MS stacks. Was not a fun match

The only reason I somewhat agree with this comment is because, from all the gameplay I've seen and been in myself, there's a lot more champion vs champion in low elo. In high elo, it's all about wave management and seeing who can have the higher CS score and there are rarely large amounts of fighting (unless there's an objective like drag or baron).

Also, saying that low elo is different from high elo is like saying a home cook is different than Michelin star chef. Of course they're different fucking things. People in low elo have different priorities than people in high elo. In low elo, it's all about fighting and seeing how many champs you can kill before the end. In high elo, it's all about seeing how many minions you can kill while your team gathers the objectives. Apples and oranges. No different than trying to compare people who buy cars just to get from A -> B vs people who buy cars because they like the style/drive of them. There's no comparison because they're not simliar.
