I bought a can of green Jack fruit without knowing what it was 😂 if I see exotic fruit I can’t help myself, I have to try it. I took one bite and didnt like it, because I was expecting it to be sweet. Now I need a good recipe to cook it. This video has definitely inspired me to try using it as a meat substitute in one of the Jamaican recipes I’ve been working on, like ox tail or curry goat. The second you said “all spice” the gears started turning ⚙️ 🤔

Amazing thank you so much. What's the reason to put the jackfruit into the fridge for an hour?
@dr.judithcornely9 ай бұрын
This allows the jackfruit to better absorb the flavors of the marinade (epis seasoning). I’ve done it before without leaving it in the fridge for an hour and it was still good.

I made this yesterday and me and my mon were floored at how much it tasted like traditional beef stew!!!! The Epis was new to me but very delicious ...I use all those ingredients, just never thought to use them in that way. FIVE STARS! I made a lot and it did not last.lol

I would like to encourage those that are watching this video that haven’t yet made JESUS your LORD and SAVIOR to take this time and do so now for tomorrow is guaranteed. Romans 10:9 says, whosoever confess with their mouth and believe in their heart that GOD raised JESUS from the dead they SHALL be saved. I want you to know that hell is real and that people who go there who have not accepted JESUS as their LORD and SAVIOR burns for eternity; and sooner than we think hell WILL be cast into the lake of fire. I beg each and everyone of you who have not made JESUS to be your LORD and SAVIOR to do so now. JESUS doesn’t want your soul to go off to hell and neither do I. JESUS love you and I love you too. Please accept JESUS while HE is able to be found; because there is coming a time when you will look for HIM and you won’t be able to find HIM if you’re not in HIM… ALL you must do to be saved is say JESUS SAVE ME; and mean it to the best of your ability and HE WILL save you. I love each and everyone of you with the love of GOD.
