About the icon issue. Not sure if it was fixed in code but I remember Mod Ash mentioning that they have to do work arounds with items icons because of limitations. That's why we have items that look the same but have different names etc. Most likely spaghetti code that isn't as easy as Ctrl+Z To add on to it. If the icons are so volatile, good chance only 1 person can work on the item list at a time. They are working on the new boss and such so might have been occupied.
