Hi Mrs Debbie, this is what I had for breakfast Sunday with bananas and dumplings. I can’t get this type mackerel here so I work with what I had. It’s been years since I made mackerel. Thank you

Miss debbie cooking one of my favorites. Shad too is a good salted fish. I scall these salted fish just 1 time for about 5min then clean the skin off and shread. Soak twice changing the water let drain. If necessary soak again to taste.

Love the bone too sis and yes I have carbolic soap lux castile refresh dettol soap and maybe am forgetting some I buy some of them and keep in my bathroom bring back memories

Hi Ms. Debbie that's why i love u so much cooked and teach so nuh watch them people who saying you chat too much becaz they're not will to learned. That's why sometimes when they cook the stuff and it dont comes out, like yours they dont listened. Everything you said i know about them becaz me a old timer like you.
