The Egyptian scene was so beautifully directed....Kiel was absolutely, aside from Bond, one of the biggest treasures the series ever had...His stature, strength, and size were an abomination yet he was a survivor and had incredible charisma.....Moonraker really showed that he was a complex character...more like an anti-villain....than a true villain....Just a gem he was! He personifies the Roger Moore films....goofy...cheesy...but most of all....absolutely fun to watch!!!! Moore's flicks were probably my favorites and I am a gigantic Bond guy!!!

My father and I are both SUPER fans of this film, and while I can’t deny that it’s incredibly flawed, there’s just so much to like. It’s got one of the best introductions with perhaps the best ski chase scene ever, it’s got a subversive and badass Bond girl (Agent XXX), it’s the best Roger Moore bind film, it’s got iconic scenes taking place at various wonders around the world and it introduces us to Jaws for the first time. What an awesome henchman made real by a giant and very well cast Richard Kiel. What a movie!
