Thank you, James. This is an amazing workout. I'm keeping this in my rotation. 'I'm 66 and competed as a natural for 24 years.

Excellent! Views on using stationary bikes, treadmills, running/jumping in place or outside at varying intensities on same day as leg training? With stretching, of course. Bike and running builds my quads/hamstrings/glutes/calves in fluid motion with cardio-and I can keep up with my sons and pets. Look at the legs of top running backs and soccer players… Being muscle-bound starting in my 40s ruined my jump shot and top sprint speed-apart from Father Time.

@@GregoryHubbs you bring up an interesting point. There’s definitely a difference between training for pure muscle size versus a balance of muscle development/conditioning/functional strength. In pure bodybuilding terms the extra activity may work against you - but based on your goals (same as mine these days) if what you’re doing is working for you then I’d keep doing it 👊

Would wearing a weighted vest improve those sissy squats? Maybe it would place stress on the back, I'm not sure.

@@FM-gv7sb I haven’t tried it but I imagine it would work well. Only one way to find out…
