Morning James! I definitely find with bands that I have to focus on the technique even more with back exercises. Bands have a learning curve and if you don't focus you'll be working more arms instead of lats. Working on the technique and the mind muscle connection.

Couple quick questions: in the past you've mentioned getting on your rower for cardio -- how many cardio sessions per week do you aim for? And: Is the new band anchor going to be back in stock any time soon? I looked for it and couldn't find it.

Hey Joe, I'd advise downloading this free 16 week workout. On it he states that Wednesdays and Sundays are 'Active Rest Days' Wed: Low intensity steady state cardio (ie. Walking, I read somewhere recently that 15,000 steps should be aimed for but that's a helluva long walk!) Sun: Low-moderate intensity cardio (30 mins of brisk walking of light jogging) Something to consider is that this course is aimed at building muscle so if your goal is to also lose weight you could add an extra day of cardio and use a rowing machine and/or stair master!

Hey my friend. I'm having the team look into the Amazon listing for the anchor. We shouldn't be out of stock but I checked the listing and there's a clear issue. Thank you for the heads up. On the cardio, it really depends on what my goals are. If I'm trying to lean out I have to get 35 min of extra cardio a day. As much as I would like to call myself "active" the reality is I'm at a desk all day, so my only real activity lately are my workouts. With that said, even if I'm not trying to lean out I still need to get some activity in, so I'll do 10-15 min of light cardio everyday (I use this as my warmup) and then a 2-3 times a week I'll do 25-30 min of cardio
