I too miss the days, years ago when everybody trained really hard in the gym no egos everybody got along and the camaraderie was great. You just don’t seem to have that anymore nowadays in some of these gyms that I’ve been too,the gym that I worked out at in my hometown of Alameda, California,was the best,an old throwback gym , with just barbells and dumbbells, the sound of iron being lifted, a couple of Universal machines, a couple Schwinn stationary bikes, no AC, just a couple of fans when it got warm and in the winter time there would be sometimes where the heater didn’t work and you could see your breath while you were working out during the winter that is throwback as it gets, but everybody had a great attitude and looked out for one another, how I miss those days.

Bands suck. ..injury. tension is umeven. Feels shitty. I love you're vibe and humor. Glad you are making non band vids. I did an hour on chest, free weight, pec dec & naut chest press, no momentum on eccentric. Are you on TRT? 🙏💙🤳

Hi James, I am really confused after watching a lot of videos from you. You told in videos that you are only training with resistance bands. Now I see that you use heavy weights. So what is true now. I want to build muscles. So you need extra weights as well, not only bands, right?! Would you send the bands also to Austria?

Hi my friend. Those videos when I was training with bands only are now a little older. I've always incorporated bands into my training since 2009 but from 2017 until 2022 I trained exclusively with bands, taking a break from any weights or machines. Then in '02 I was getting a little bored with my training and brought some weights back in, along with bands, to freshen it up
