David Bradsher split squat variation rules! An additional detail which for me optimized the set up even more: placing the back foot on a wedge. Front foot can be on the floor or sometimes slightly elevated (using a step or a foot plate).

That's a neat way of doing curls and extensions with bands, I've never thought about doing them like that. Ankle strap seems very useful!

I brought you program (TA2 build) years ago and I liked it especially the first month ( unanchored exercises). Can you make the option that we can select the exercises we like. I would love to be able to exercises of the first month only.

To show that it can be done. I, like others, workout at home and I only have resistance bands and dumbbells available. These vids always give me ideas on how to utilise them more efficiently.

Fair question. First one is that there are certain things you can't do very well (or at all) with free weights, especially single-joint isolation exercises. For example, how many variations of a leg curl or leg extension can you do with a barbell or dumbbell? That's why gyms have machines and cable machines, but not everyone has access to that equipment depending on where they want to work out. With bands you can mimic a lot of different movements because you're no longer constrained to the vertical plane of resistance (gravity) that you have with weights. This gives you much more options for creating different exercise variations.
