@@cyclogist2138 Most of the people are not aware of this postpartum depression (depression which is caused to women after her delivery).We don't use to care for the mother and the only focus is on the new born.But that is the time,she craves for love,care & affection of her husband and other family members. Postpartum depression is one of the serious psychological illness mainly caused due to the hormonal variation after delivery.Most of the people ignore this and blames mother for not caring her child.Actually it's her way of telling that she is not ok,she needs your support,care and love.This can be lethal as a complication of this illness, she can even commit suicide or can harm the child.As in the short film only love,care,counseling are the treatments for postpartum depression.Give her time and love as she deserves it.

ഞാനും എന്റെ ആദ്യത്തെ മോൻ ഉണ്ടായപ്പോൾ ഇതേ അവസ്ഥയിലൂടെ കടന്നു പോയിരുന്നു. കുഞ്ഞിനോട് ഒട്ടും സ്നേഹം ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ ഓർക്കുമ്പോൾ സങ്കടം വരും. എന്റെ മോനെ ഞാൻ എന്റെ അമ്മയെ ഏല്പിച്ചിട്ടു അപ്പുറത്തെ മുറിയിൽ പോയി കിടക്കുമായിരുന്നു.. അമ്മ ഞാൻ എന്താ കുഞ്ഞിനോട് ഇങ്ങനെ കാണിക്കുന്നേ എന്ന് ചോദിക്കാറുണ്ട്.അതിനിടയിൽ കുടുംബ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ, ഭർത്താവ് റൂമിൽ വന്നു പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടാക്കൽ, മുലപ്പാൽ ഇല്ലാത്ത അവസ്ഥ.. കുഞ്ഞിന്റെ നിർത്താതെ ഉള്ള കരച്ചിൽ.. എല്ലാം കൂടെ ആയപ്പോൾ stress സഹിക്ക വയ്യതെ ജീവൻ ഒടുക്കാൻ വരെ തീരുമാനിച്ചു കയ്യ് മുറിച്ചു. ഈ പാട്ടു മുഴുപ്പിച്ചു കേൾക്കാൻ എനിക്ക് പറ്റാറില്ല.. പഴയതൊന്നും ഓർക്കാൻ കൂടെ ഇഷ്ടമല്ല.. അമ്മയാകാൻ പോകുന്ന എല്ലാവർക്കും ഇതുപോലെ മനസിലാകുന്ന കൂടെ നിൽക്കുന്ന ഒരു ഭർത്താവ് ഉണ്ടാകട്ടെ. 😑

Everybody should Understand the emotions of the women during Postpartum period she need complete Family support , love and Care , After giving birth to a baby she has to nurture her baby , so she need . Its been 3 years since i had my baby and i ve successfully gotten over post partum and yet this video made me cry so hard. I had a loving and educated family and yet they didnt find it to be even a real thing. They kept doting over the kid and there were nights when i felt the loneliest despite my house being full of people. I have spent whole nights looking at the ceiling wondering what would happen if i hung myself. Thank God i slowly got my head around the issue and sorted myself out. Even today its a phase that brings back painful memories and till today i dont have the emotional capability to talk to someone about this and even my husband feels reluctant to hear me say it. Brought tears to my eyes. Can totally relate to this as a mother of 4 month baby girl. When everyone says " you are so lucky, you must be do happy, how's motherhood etc" that feeling of emptiness and the fake smile that I need to give confused me. I can relate this because I have or still going thru the same phase. I came home with my baby to my in laws house. My mother in law took the baby and entered the house and I was left behide. There was no candle nothing to welcome me n baby together. Nobody understood my feelings not even my husband. I won't let my son do the same to his wife. I wish I could have the moments back with more happiness.
