The most underrated drummer of all time. Stephen Perkins’ name should forever be up there with the greats. He’s just too beautiful to watch.

The best album or live show intro song ever.... I wish we could've seen the whole band. Was just a kid for this. Saw Perry in a long lightweight, full-length coat, beer in hand during the afternoon checking out bands on the stages outside the amphitheater. Said hi, he nodded said hello and asked if I liked what was happening. I said yeah. He smiled, nodded his head in approval and kept it moving. It reminded me of the photos I'd seen of Brian Jones walking around at Monterrey in 1969.

thanks for sharing these videos. was at this Lollapalooza in St. Paul, MN. Jane's show was one of the best i've ever seen. they were phenomenal then.

I saw JA several times on the Ritual tour and PFP's on the Good God's Urge tour with Mike Watt on bass. Every time Stephen was absolutely mesmerizing. I miss those days.
