Best yoga and movement teacher. I struggled to understand how to work towards asanas or simply regain my flexibility that seemed unachievable with such a busy life schedule. Whenever I need some well-done classes I just go back to your channel hands down. This video particularly helped me a lot to break down the so hated frog pose too. Thank you so much Janice! 🙏🏽

This was super helpful, I’m having a super hard time through my day because of my totally tight hip muscles and this just released so much pain from this part of the body and of my whole body. Thank you! 👏🏼

This is super helpful! Thank you! One thing I noticed on my right side, when I lifted my right foot up to fold over, my right knee started hurting. Is that because my right side is really tight?

I have the tightest hips! Although I'm a member on Patreon, this is a lovely hip warming up/ waking up stretching routine. Thanks Janice, that felt so good :)

When I pull my feet to my butt it sometimes hurts in my knees😑 is that normal?

Leo G. Yes if your quads (and maybe other structures) are tight, be easy, and try putting a bolster behind your knees
