Great video! I'm a physician working with both everyday and professional athletes, and we use stretches similar to this. These anterior muscle stretches coupled with back exercises(next video maybe?)are so important for correct body mechanics, pain relief, and longevity!

I love your content!! You have a very good teaching style and I can follow along with all the poses. I love that you bring in advanced techniques, a lot of videos are beginner and I'm glad to have an advanced practice sometimes!

Hi Janice, Nice shoulder stretches for better posture. They’re very helpful. By the way, I love your cross legged sitting position in your other videos as well. Do you also sit cross legged in a sofa or desk chair? If you do, I think you would look beautiful in that sitting position. I sometimes sit cross legged in my desk chair. I’m lean and have a flexible body. Does sitting cross legged help with better posture? Please let me know anytime soon. Take care😊
