It doesn't look like the shirt at 10:00 is too tight in the sleeves but it's too narrow in the shoulders, making the upper arm and under arm area constrictive. You could see if a tailor could adjust that for you a little by adding in a dart or a panel.

It's not you! I ordered a dress from them a few weeks ago and it's wicked tight in the arms! I feel like they don't proportion their arm sizing with the rest of the garment (cause you know the original designs are meant for tiny people)

That and that shirt looked really weird. Like the way the arms were connected was tailored weirdly. Like everything would scrunch up because it's only designed so it fits when your arms are down, and the rest of the shirt would lift up. that's now how other shirts work.

I have really big arms and often have had items like that (cheaper than killstar) but I've just cut the arms off and done them as sleeveless... worked great on a long hoodie/coat :)

Killstar makes a common mistake of making designs look good on paper and in photoshoots, but not thinking through the functionality at all. I think they are just trying to save money, considering their customer service reps are only nice if you don't want to exchange or return something. They have gorgeous shoes that are advertized as platforms, but they are all wedges with minimal grip; great prints that 50/50 chance will rub off in the first week; dresses that have wrong proportions, dyes that are not fixed properly and bleed all over lighter clothes; or stretchy fabrics that are tailored wrong-lenghtwise stretch is infinite, you will be hemming into the 22nd century. I love their designs, but for the price, quality must be improved.

Same here. I don't know how killstar stays in business. If they were normal clothing shop. They would have gone out business years ago. The price and quality is not worth it at their price.I have found clothing from non goth/ not alternative stores tend to hold up better with time. Even my clothes from h&m are holding up better. Clothes are cheaper at non goth stores plus these stores have sales all the time. People can also go to thrift stores to buy clothing too. Thrift stores have so many gems . You can even find killstar and demonia stuff there if you are lucky. You don't need clothing with symbols on them to get this style.

I now own 2 pairs of killstar shoes and I can’t choose my favourite I have the pink broom rider boots and the vampires kiss platform boots in plum. Damn I really liked that top too... I had the same issue with a maxi dress I order (I exchanging it for two other sizes befor giving up) so it's not just you. If anyone wondering it's the new moon maiden dress and if you have any arm fat at all I would highly recommend thinking befor buying it
