Girl Outdoors please take a look at Alec Steele’s channel like you he started very young I think he was 14 when he started his channel he now has nearly 2 million subs and a very successful business. Moved to America last year to further his ambitions, perhaps do a colab with him to make a knife. He’s a great supporter of young KZbinrs. You may get some ideas from his channel, I see some similarities in both of you. 👍

also hanging a wool blanket over your ridgeline and both sides of your hammock will trap warm air in and keep you much warmer in the night than wrapping up in a blanket in the hammock, although having two if it's going to be 20 below is it or less is a good idea

Ah that's interesting, Its typically three meals a day in the UK ( Breakfast,Lunch and dinner) Guess it varies for everyone, I only really eat breakfast and dinner camping :)

if you learn to bend your knees as axe is coming down you won't have to worry about accidental "swing through" catching you in the leg, because the pivot point will be at least a foot lower. And it has the added benefit of your mass "gravity assisting" the force of the axe. It feels awkward at first but works really well.
