This dish is extremely tasty and I hope you enjoy it. As for anyone that will say that this is raw/rare, that’s how it’s suppose to be. If you’d like to cook it for longer, I’ve listed all the cooking temperatures and times in the description 😊🙏.

Ok this is Saturday’s dinner … looks absolutely amazing. Thanks for the post! Can’t wait - probably won’t look nearly as inviting as your dish - but this one looks too good not to try. Prob won’t slap it though - that line cracked me up 🤣☘️

Mate, I love your video presentation of course but with steaks & the like, I’d definitely love to hear the searing noise! You can consider a change of presentation in the future(if you like). Smashing recipe this… God bless mate!
@ChefJackOvens3 жыл бұрын
I’ll make sure I start doing so. My issue is I listen to music whilst I’m filming and to avoid compyright claims I mute the whole video. I’ll have to start wearing headphones, that way you can hear the noises 😊
@Popsqueak5283 жыл бұрын
Rare?! You mean raw, right?😅 I should probably just stick to medium in the future
@ChefJackOvens3 жыл бұрын
That’s why In the video I said that this might not be for everyone so cook it to your liking. All of the temperatures and cooking times are listed in the Description 😊

2:15 Daikon is pronounced die con, not day con.
@ChefJackOvens2 жыл бұрын
It’s my accent
@jetlag14882 жыл бұрын
@@ChefJackOvens I don't think that's a good excuse. You having an accent doesn't prevent you from pronouncing foreign words correctly. It might take some effort, but you'll be correct rather than incorrect.
@ChefJackOvens2 жыл бұрын
Haha I’m messing with you. You know what I meant and the way it’s called isn’t going to change the taste 😉
@jetlag14882 жыл бұрын
@@ChefJackOvens Sure, I knew what you meant when you said diecon, but I also would've known what you meant it you said "doican", but it'd still be incorrect. I know that I'm being annoying but I just can't help it.

I love meat but that beef 🥩 is so raw it’s still moo-ing. 🐮 I can’t help but think I’d get worms from eating it.
@ChefJackOvens3 жыл бұрын
You can cook it to your liking that’s why I’ve left all the cooking times and temperatures in the description so of this video. Rare beef is best for this dish. It’s the beef version of sushi 😊
