I would love to know what you eat for breakfast- this bowl looks great but I don’t eat eggs - right now I am plant based but may take from your diet and incorporate fish a few times a week to boost my nutrition. I just turned 65 . Thank you again for all the great information. Love your books also. 🎉

Sachiaki-san this recipe looks really delicious. I have been making Koso genmai for my family weekly & eating natto. We have a local Japanese Grocery store here in Fitzroy Melbourne & good fish markets so I can source all these ingredients & make pickles in rice bran as well. Fermenting is a lot of fun.Thank you for your advice and encouragement to look after our microbiome. I will be making this Donburi dish for breakfast tomorrow.
