You demonstrate and explain so well. This is my new favorite channel. Thanks!

Just found out you guys have a yt channel! Love your shortform content on IG, but this is what I need! As an athlete (volleyball) approaching my 30s, I'm learning a little too late that strength training isn't enough to maintain or improve my athletic abilities. Love the modifications and breakdowns of each exercise so I know exactly what each one targets, and how I can accommodate my range of motion.

Thank you for this more in depth hip mobility lessons!! I’ve saved the few videos where y’all have tackled mobility in a fitness playlist for easy reference and follow through. The modifications with all the technicalities about which body parts are involved and related are worth a fortune of information!! Very much appreciate all the content you guys produce across social media.

Ok so if you've got tight hips the first thing you're gonna wanna do is drop into a full cossack squat lol

Did you keep watching for all the modifications? We always make sure to meet people where they're at so we offered multiple ways to modify the cossack squat if you're not quite ready for it.

@@JasonandLauren Yes I love your guys stuff! That just made me giggle. If I wasn't already a fan though, I may have stopped watching thinking the whole video would be advanced moves. Just a thought-- could be beneficial to save the more technical stuff to the end! Much love
