This a beautiful Golden Beach, FL house. I like the master bedroom with the platform bed and the amazing view of the Intracoastal water and building. I like the master bathroom with a beautiful view of the Intracoastal water. Taking a shower or a bath while looking at the intracostal is amazing. I like the first-floor bedroom with a platform bed. I like the black marble wall half bathroom. I like the white marble kitchen with a big island. I like the beautiful resort pool.

Thanks for the tour, Jason. The oasis entrance was stunning and the living room had a wow-factor too, but I know that I would feel a bit self-conscious, especially in the bathroom, where I would need to be fully dressed not unless I installed electric frosted windows. I would also install an infrared alarm sensor at the waterfront to be on the safe-side. :)

Something I've discovered watching expensive house tours is that rich people like to shower / bath in full view of the world. Seriously, can you not install maybe the fancy glass that tints when you close the door or something. Or blinds. If ever I could afford a place like this, I'd need some privacy :) That aside, this is a super beautiful home. I love how expansive and open the opening foyer is, it's just a really well thought out home, and I imagine you'll be full out zen just walking around it.

Thank you very much Jason , it’s really a beautiful house with a great floor plan and great location 👍 from an interior designer’s point of view I just wished to implement the indoor plants thyme in the living room too❤️ it’s a shame not to enjoy such beauty all day long ❤️ , I believe that the space could be taken to the next level by implementing warm color scheme and a various texture ❤️, what about if the elevator shaft would be cladded with black marble !! ❤️ I guess that the new owner will be lucky by having such house ❤️
