Special thanks to Skyler Jenkins, Adam McKinnney, Chris Harrison, and others.
Check out the tools at www.jasons.works
This protip takes you through the new 5/8" punch use and how to use the MEGA stretcher. Now available as well is the new 3/4' punch. I like to use this largest punch with silver eagles and the larger brass medallions.

*"Highly recommended to every coin ring maker out there, I honestly don't know what I'd do without it other than not being able to size anything larger than my expanding mandrel is capable of. As you know, most expanding mandrels max out at around US 16 but I have a large number of customers who shop at my store because I offer sizes as small as US 1 and go up as large as US 25, you got it, US 25 and yes I have sold many because they have basically nowhere to go. Even large retail box stores and jewelers do not sell larger rings like this but with Jason's Mega Stretcher, I have no problem whatsoever easily stretching my rings even up to that size. For anything larger than a US 25, I usually just recommend a bracelet for their finger...lol. It's very well made as you'll find this is the only way Jason makes anything, with high-quality craftsmanship. One more tip, even if you aren't making a huge ring, let's say a US Size 16 that your ring stretcher could get to. I still will put the mega stretcher on as the plastic (what I believe is Delrin material) Jason uses will give the inside of your coin ring further protection and by avoiding your ring being stretched out where metal is touching metal, you'll protect the inside of your ring the best look where the inside ends up looking better than the outside. It's very much worth the purchase and highly recommended!"*

Excellent! I wish I could afford that quality of ring stretcher (some day!), you make it look easy. I'll be doing an 18 for an Army Master Sergeant next week. I like the trick of putting the ring on the Mega Stretcher and then putting it on the mandrel... they seem to work easiest on the middle third of the expanding mandrel, that will help a lot. As always, thanks for everything you do for us all out here, and for the shout out...

+DJRap999 Thanks bro, I figured it out last night and already purchased it. I picked one of the nicer ones with a swivel head and a E300 blade for really nice front and back side shavings. It also has the E100 and E200 but that E300 looks like it would really work nice! I appreciate the reply and help brother.

Hi Jason, It is Mark from cocoa Beach Florida. again I can't tell you how fantastic your merge stretcher is. And awesome idea that a good piece of equipment. Tell me what you think about this idea that I found to be successful, when I get a wobbly ring just for me whether it be the quarter half dollar or Silverdollar, even though it doesn't happen very often on the Silverdollar but a lot for the half dollars. I have found that by putting it in the Swedish wrap die for just a short period and being very careful pressing down on it it it will straighten the wobbly problem ther

Great and usefull item but .... why do you turn the megastretcher as you pull down ? You should rotate the ring over the megastretcher .....( but i think is not easy to do ).

great video, you'd need some.freaky fingers for that ring to fit lol, the stretcher, is it made from nylon or PvP?? and did the stretching have any affect on the sides of the spline, ie: leaving any marks, doubts?. great video, Cheers

saw a cool idea the other day you may already know it, but I noticed you didn't use it so here goes. this dude couldn't get his handle in the right place on the one ton arbor press so he took the plunger out of the press and ground the first 2 teeth off on bottom end. this will let you ratchet the handle so when you come down it will be at the right level to press. so much for tip #1.....................JS*
