“Chanee Khai “ Durian is the famous local durian of Koh Chang . It’s super creamy,eggy and delicious. It’s lovely size of local Thai durian at Koh Chang. It’s unique than Mornthong type. It will release to market on May-June per year.

In Thai, the word KOH or KOR is Island, meaning a small piece of land that surrounds it, and the word Chang, or Charng, means Elephen, or meaning big.

Im Thai from Chiangrai notrh of Thailand ,Koh Chang is one of my favorite I like to see sunset at Koh Chang very beautiful. I recommend come to Chiangrai - White temple , Thamluang bigcave, Chiangkong bike near river , Phu Chi fa unseen Thailand

KOH, island in Thai, is actually pronounced with a soft (o) like in the word GOLF. The easiest way to pronounce KOH is to say GOLF without sounding out the letters (L) and (F). No hate, just want you guys to say it correctly like the locals.

Koh Chang got enough local tourist it not underrated at all for Thai cause its near Bangkok and it always packed during local holiday such place with enough local they wont try so hard to ads for foreigner these places are Hua Hin and Khao Yai, Koh Larn, Koh Samet for example. Another one nearby island to koh Chang is as beautiful as the South of Thailand name Koh Kood and Koh Mak but it way less facilities + no flight compare to the South that why it remain quiet not enough local able to go there of they have a short holiday.

Ronnie was a great guy and although it’s not compulsory you should tip from time to time, I’ve never seen you do it you said it was the best coconut and then was given free fruit and waited for your 50 baht £1 change, I always tip a bit in Thailand but anyway great videos and hopefully you’re having an amazing time

How far away is the facility from White Sand? Greetings from Germany

About a 20 minute walk but you have more local food options next to the hotel and it’s quieter than being near White Sand Beach because of all the bars and restaurants 👍 If you are looking for more western options and being closer to the beach then you can stay next to White Sand. Another option is to stay next to the first beach and if you have a motorbike then you can explore the island. I would choose this option next time or somewhere on the west coast 👍

Koh Chang is never really busy, only weekends as its where the Thai's mostly go, its a bit out the way for people on a couple week goliday etc...

We actually went for a 1-day trip around the island and were not looking for "hidden" spots - Koh Chang is relatively calm compared to other islands in Thailand, so wherever you go, you can literally find paradise! 🤩
